38:20 Please note that this exact movement is not allowed. Wolverine must stay inside the arc. He would need to be moved straight across the small Movement Tool, rather than being placed on the side of it. He'll still be able to reach the midline in one move, however. "The moving character can't cross a straight line drawn along either arm of the angled Movement Tool to the edge of the table." - Page 15 of the MCP rulebook.
My plan for midline extract play currently is throwing crit on Moon Knight Multiple Personalities throw on first round 😀maybe not the most reliable method but it can happen 😀

Corvus Glaive with the Reality Stone (only way to play him) was able to use Eyes. He is also able to safe grab with Midnight Suns, not like he is often splashed there though.
You should probably have given an honorable mention to the Fury Jr grunts. Inhumans can also do all of the Juggernaut/Hulk/Cable/etc grabs that just require an extra power.
@@RichMidGaming grunts and SLDD can grab two extracts round 1 turn 1, and then any other character can take them from them round 1 turn 2 with Kingpins leadership. SLDD should survive most non-mystic attacks from most characters and only thanos can punish him for being near the midline now. Or characters that can charge turn 1, but they only get 1 attack so as long as it’s not a mythic with pierce that spikes he should survive. Next turn, someone like Okoye can bodyguard for them to help keep them alive for the round. Without Mystique and a free Deception there aren’t many characters that can punish a stealth midline grab round 1.
@@RichMidGaming that’s fair. The title doesn’t say exactly that but that was the context of the video. Going by the title, I would say SLDD is definitely a need to know though!

@Rich_Mid Gaming, What program was it that you used to show how "Eyes on the Prise" worked?
Thor, Prince of Asgard can't mid line grab in Midnight Sons. He's on a small base. Unless I missed something. Great video nonetheless =D
That is a very, very good point. I knew I’d miss something/get something wrong and you win the prize…
PS…there is no prize 🤣

I’m only half way through but hopefully you mentioned SLDD under Kingpins leadership!
I didn't, but I'm honestly not sure what the play is - care to elaborate?

@@Docsfortune ah. Ok. Didn’t cover this as the video was all around safe turn one plays that ‘mimic’ what was possible with Eyes of the Prize

What about cat and mouse and Sabertooth L movement? Is it possible to reach middle and escape?
Cat and mouse restricts you to one move action that round
Small base / long move doesn’t make it either
Great video! As a foes player I will have to take traps a lot more now and hope lizard can live on the midline 🤣
