They removed it years ago because all the Allied CAS fuckboys complained they had a hard time killing an AA that actually has armor. The excuse was "It was a prototype and therefore we will remove it" but now.. look at half the game's tech tree lol

My rule is if you can get a nuke, you should be able to defend the plane and deliver the payload. Otherwise you don't deserve the cool cutscene.
