I always loved the videos that compared two bikes with the split screen. I think it would be interesting to see a side by side comparison of a bike after you first get it compared to one that you have changed the tires and added the Tubliss to show the improvement.
Very nice series Kyle, I have done a lot of the recommendations to my 2021 250XC Resprung the rear Bullet Proof rear disc guard Tubliss front and rear gonna try a M59 and a VE33 s in about 10 hrs, Cylinder Saver around the pipe flange Enduro Engineering Spark Arrestor The plastic on the Rad Hose for the Power Valve Puncture Poly Sport Swing Arm Guards (gonna probably get some big hose clamps to keep them on Bullit Proof Radiator Guards Cleen Speed Large rear brake lever pad I got the above parts from Rocky Mountain ATV and Slavens Racing Bought the two Bullet Proof Items Direct. I have more to do. Like you said, Are you gonna but far from the truck? Answer Yes I want reliability. So Far the XC 250 has been the best Bike I have ever rode
Take it apart and grease up the headstock, swingarm and linkage bearings with marine grease. ACF50 corrosion block grease to all electrical connections.
I popped my oem tubes on my new 20' Husky and my previous KTM's within the first 20H. I will always put heavy duty tubes in now (I ride primarily moto)
Definitely a good tip to double check the bikes torqued to spec when you get it home . I know from experience the guys putting it together at the shop are human. Good vid.
I love your videos you upload! 4 years ago my little brother got a 125 pit bike and that was enough for the both of us at the time. We live in a rural village on Saint Lawerence Island in Alaska which is closer to Russia then it is to mainland and we just got a 150 yamaha and for riding out dirt road and rocky terrain. Just 3 months ago I've been saving up for a KTM EXC-F 250 and I really want it for riding to camp and to a neighboring village called Savoonga, so I've been doing research and thats how I found you! So far bought $1,500 worth of safety gear and protective gear for the dirt bike itself with your help! Still need to buy a few things but by March I should have a brand new bike!
I have a set of Tubliss on my KTM and love them. Have you ever seen or used a similar product called NoMousse? Can you even get them in the US are they as good as my beloved Tubliss system?
Hey, @dirtbikechannel good content. Thnx to you I have the motivation to buy a new bike, my old one was an xr200. Now I have a TM En 300 Fi 4t and im love it.
Kyle, do you have video that shows the the bare minium needed to add to a bike? I know you don't run pipe guards, but if I buy a new 300 2 stroke, besides respringing for my weight (I'm over 250lbs before gear) what parts do you advise be added before you ride? Skid plate? any other guards such as radiator guards? Because of the woods in the Northeast I will add wrap around hand guards.
What’s your opinion on Honda? I have only been around for about 6 months and haven’t seen a Honda yet maybe I got to dig deeper because I do watch the older videos but don’t actively pursue a video with a Honda.
Question. I heard an argument that anything that can penetrate the carcass of your tire is not going to be impeded by a little thicker tube. That seems to make sense. Thicker tube increasing heat which is bad for rubber. Any empirical or scientific data out there that would indicate a thicker tube is less likely to fail than a thin tube (weight savings). Thanks! Really enjoy your channel.
Loved your video the knowledge u have is amazing I learn something new all the time watching your videos love your rides as well ty for putting these videos out I'm hoping I can register for one of those 2 strokes two thumbs up ty doug from Gunnison Co
Hey, do you have a written list of all these things? Wouldn't have to be detailed at all, it would just be more useful to use in the garage than 3 10min videos.
When are you going to show a video of you ripping it on that Kawasaki
Can't wait to see the Kawasaki out on the trail. Really cool that your trying something different.
Not gonna lie though I’m kinda sad that’s it’s a 4 stroke but hey can’t complain it’s still a sweet bike
Really like to see a review on the Kawi .
She’s pretty Clark.
Oh yeah!! Love the Kawi. Can't wait to see it on the trail!
