One thing I've been hearing recently is about the dangers of soy consumption for humans. Is this another fallacy or are there some actual risks here?

Question: did you season/marinated the tofu for the salad or was it just plain like out of the package? I’ve never tried it raw but it sort of gives the feta cheese vibes in that salad ;)

First question is where did you get your gold flatware and do you like it? Second is, do you have a recommendation for making wheat free bread? Or is sourdough a good option?
peanut butter would give the dressing a very distinct flavor- so only if you like it. If you don't want to use tahini, you can use mustard, or natural yogurt, or avocado- any of these will give your dressing a nice creamy consistency when blended well.

What do you mean predominantly plant based? You don't consume any animal products it seems so you are plant only right?
