a quote that I was reminded of ~ "you can never be a graceful master without starting off as a clumsy beginner"

seeing who you are makes me want to motivate myself and become more like you, you really made it because you're trying to become better. idk writing this comment kind of made me realize that the process is the result and working towards something every day is better than actually reaching it. ur probably not going to see this since you posted this a month ago but if you do give yourself some credit because you affected at least one person's life positively.

Great video. Your message is cool. It's great that you're using your space and your communication to let people know things that really make sense to keep to yourself. Many people need this. I think the vast majority of the world doesn't know what they're doing, or thinks that what they're doing isn't enough.

I resonated with so much of what you were saying. Something that truly helped me was reading self help books. (I hate this word- Cause we dont "need" help, we're just growing, and these books teach us persepectives we didnt even know were possible... Anyways).
A book that helped me sooo much with boundries was the "The Book of Boundaries: Set the Limits That Will Set You Free", theres lot of clarity and reiteration in the book and it helped me reinforce a bunch of boundaries I was lackin. Also opened up my eyes as to why i never had any.
One thing I really struggled with is applying everything a learned/read to my own life, curating it just for me, my vibe. Scratch that, who I want to be. Still working on this but I find having a jornal or writing in the margins helped. Also reading these types of books in public helped (idk why or how but I stoped caring about what other people thought cause I was in my own world)
