Incredibly proud as a Dutch citizen to have KLM as our flagcarrier. Flown so many times with you and enjoyed every second of it, it’s like coming home seeing a KLM aircraft and boarding it. All the crewmembers are immensely helpful and an cockpitvisit with the pilots is never a problem. Love to film the aircraft when they touchdown or take off from Amsterdam. KLM thank you! If only KLM would put the same amount of work into their product in the air as they do in their marketing and other peripheral matters. In the air they're just below average compared to other (genuinely) full-service carriers and hardly any better than the Ryanair's/ EasyJets.... I only fly KLM when I have absolutely no other choice.

@@RealConstructor No not because I do it, but because this is general consensus .. at least among well traveled people who know what else is available in the market. But instead of getting all defensive you should try flying some of the more reputable airlines. Begin with Skytrax 4 and 5 star airlines I'd say and you can see for yourself how you could also travel.
