Been trying to obtain refund from Expedia/AeroMexico that flights cancelled. Called Expedia to cancel two weeks before trip with promise of full refund. Continuing calls and e-mails since March. Complete runaround. Won't use Expedia ever.Beware
Kinda funny how my 2 ladies on the online chat, was named “Anne” they’re a bunch of scammers. I had a VERY BAD experience from Expedia and this Quality Inn in Myrtle beach on ocean street. The room was nasty as hell, they had bed bugs, cockroaches, etc. the staff was rude. I can’t even believe it.
EPEDIA IS A NIGHTMARE!!! I tried to cancel my car rental with them, they referred me to Sixt (The 3rd party car rental company) and Sixt told me I had to request the refund from Expedia! Long story short... 1. I was never able to cancel, 2. Expedia ended up charging me the full cost of the rental when I never rented the car and 3. After numerous emails and calls which all of them were directed to call centers with people who don't even speak English, I was told my refund was denied! What recourse have you taken? Thanks...
Cebu Pacific tried to keep my refund. You should have checked the hotel first. A hotel in Ortigas, Manila had used sheets. I told my wife to book through QANTAS.
They just steal my $2161. Too ridiculous , bad experience, never use, never Expedia
She is right. Never ever use Expedia, even if it costs more to book direct. If there’s ever an issue, good luck getting it resolved.

You very lucky to get through on the phone. I can't get through to these sh*t companies. I won't use Expedia.

Books a cheap-ass stay at Extended Stay, expects Four Seasons service. LMAO
