Honestly the Panzer IVs and IIIs are so underrated that people often just rush for tigers. I'll never get bored of my Pz IVs and StuGs,truly an underrated beauty!
Pz 3 j1 rocks I literally played a downtier with up to 11 kills without dying.
Germany has some of the best early tier lineups, Germany 1.0 is Pogged due to the broken 20mm autocannon.
Germany 3.0 is full PZIII spam plus TDs.
And then the PZIVs are just solid all around for 4.0
Marder 3 H is so much better than the stugs in terms of penetration and mobility

Panzer 4 is a horrible tank, can pen destroyed by .50, bad armor, bad mobility, weird canno (some times excelente, some times very weak)

Can confirm, having gone down the German tree bc I'm a fan of GuP, the skin made it feel so much stronger XD Pz. IV H was the most fun I've had and I still love that thing to death. My partner even was like "Y'know, American tanks feel like they've armor made of wet paper at ranks 1-3, I'm switching to Germany bc you just eat shots that'd kill me for breakfast" lmfao (also for context those are the ranks we're at about now lmao)

Yes it’s quite frustrating😑 I’ve trolled a Tiger 1 with the M4A3, he couldn’t pen me while I slowly killed his crew with an APCR round to the ring.
As a German main i’ve never seen a regular Sherman bouncing my 88 or long 75 shots with it’s frontal armor.
I don’t think any direct shot will on A1/2 variants except when firing from below or above and it’s climbing said slope but that’s just like any angled shot.
It sometimes gets weird around the gun I find random bounces that only destroy drive optics.
Meanwhile, in my game, a guy penetrates my driver's periscope and it goes through the rest of my frontal armor behind the periscope and kills my turret crew ending the tank, despite the fact that the shot would have never penetrated my frontal armor. I fucking hate the pen system in this game.
@@AFT_05G I am also a Germany main, it has happened quite a few times and most of the time it's the cast-hull Sherman. So, I took the chinese one out for a spin and wouldn't you know it? Bounced multiple shots from the Flak Bus of all vehicles. Poor bastard didn't stand a chance against the .50 cal afterwards.
If i got to see the panzer IV Ausf.H in a match I would something like "ya got good taste in style"

Imagine you are just playing another normal match and you start to hear some goofy music in the distance, and then out of nowhere a clan of random tanks with skins you have never seen and the best team coordination you have seen in this game rushing your team of randoms and start blasting all of you, and as they are killing you and your team they speak to eachother like little girls in some weird tv show...
Anyways thats how i discovered girls und panzer while playing war thunder, true fucking story

I started playing again in October, 1st time since 2017 (player since public launch) many changes a work friend dragged me in after mentioning some of them.
For the most part it’s been fun (hate challenges being Rank III plus only, doesn’t motivate me to start the new lines)

With the is6 shoot under the skirt between the roadwheels, that side plate underneath can be penned reliably with the 75mm on the pzivh
something i learned the hard way when fighting an is-6 with ap shells is to go to their side and aim where the tracks would be as it would always mostly kill them

I've just got to Tiger 1, so I don't have anything at 5.3 outside of that, the rest of my lineup is filled with a Pz IV, Pz III and a Stug III. It works surprisingly well.
And some how the panzer 3M is at the same br as the panzer 4

I fought two Jumbo's in my Is-6 a short while ago. They both failed to kill me after track and barrel torture. I fixed my barrel and killed both with the things stupidly balanced reload rate.

Y'know, it's kinda funny. The PZ 4 H still has the Jumbo and T-34-85 D-5T as possible enemies listed on the wiki, which tells alot about how downtiered this thing is. Such a nicely capable vehicle, no wonder it was used through the entire war.
1:34 That alone proves a point,these Shermans have no business fighting at 5.7-6.3 BR range.People still try to argue on “muh stabilizer” but is it really worth 2 full BR points above a Panzer IV,just because of better mobility(for the M4A3) and stabilizer?Not only compared to Panzer IV,but 2 extra BR points doesn’t also make sense when you compare it to 75mm Shermans at 3.3-4.0.Only meaningful upgrade over regular Shermans is the main gun which is basically the equivelant of Panzer IV’s KwK 40.
I love how you can shoot underneath a building and past like 13 poles but when Im ingame my fucking shells detonate a foot away from a tree. >:C

Ngl the smaller size of panzer 4 and better depression than Panthers I have a few maps and spots in which they are super effective, and the F2 is my favorite ps4 when I wanna light tank but the H Is very survivable, usually first spawn h then flank f2 then G last J which I still like better than III M
