I finally found the most comfortable set of joy con replacements for the Nintendo switch! Not only Are they comfortable but they’ve also got Halifax sticks and most of the other things you look for in a new set of Big joy cons for the Nintendo switch. The numbs are actually really good for metroidvania style games that don't allow you to use the d-pad to move around. They feel really good with Metroid dread in Prince of Persia. And you surprisingly get really good precision with first person shooters.

How is the vibration? Does it feel like the doyoky gamecube or the hyperion pro where its like the generic 3rd party cheap vibration? Or is it a deeper rotational vibration like the mobapad m6s? Besides the criticisims you had at the end of the video (i agree with) i think these could def use the HD rumble.

I just got mine on Monday and they are even more comfortable than this video leads on to be. They should be applauded for the added shoulder buttons and how well they mesh together. I've owned a bunch of controllers that have added shoulder buttons but none of them have done it as good as these. They should be the standard now cuz I don't think I'll ever be able to play with another controller without them. The MOBA pad M6 HDs cramped my hands up after just 20 minutes of playing. I've been playing with the epoch all day so far for the past 2 days, and my hands haven't cramped up once. The placement of the back pedals and how the shoulder buttons extend all the way to the inner index of your finger is just too good. They're the best for split mode gyro aiming.
@@I3uttazz Goooood!! So they’ll work for splatoon!! I’ve gone through controller after controller, from Binbok to the Nitro Deck, and it’s always a compromise. If the comfort is good (nitro deck) or the they’re LED and look cool (most Binbok), the gyro is either awful or the buttons have issues/drift.
This will definitely be a far better experience. Because compared to my steam deck, the switch hasn’t been doing it for me, lately, so far as comfort and playability.

@Leopardeye yeah it works great with Splatoon you got to try it without the middle bridge that it comes with. Aiming is so much easier with one hand then holding the controller with two hands. It also works great with doom and Wolfenstein 2. Aiming with the bow is so much easier in tears of the Kingdom that way as well. Having four remappable buttons is amazing for games like Zelda and Metroid dread. I can't stand the control scheme that Metroid dread gives you on default so I customize it with the four buttons. It's great so I can aim and press my missile button and shoot with the trigger and shoulder buttons at the same time, and having the slide and jump button on the back paddles is very intuitive. There's not a single game you can't find a use for those extra buttons. You're going to love the controller.
@Leopardeye and for Splatoon I recommend having your recalibrate camera button on the right M2 shoulder button. You can recalibrate the camera if need be at the same time as shooting with just a light touch of the tip of your finger.

put a piece of paper at the bottom part of the rail of the console and slide the joycons and that will fix rattle

Are you going to cover the binbok / doyoky slim?
If not, can you at least confirm if it will fit in the skull&Co max carry case? (Properly, no bulging or sticks pushing against the mesh)

Is Joy cons are truly Next Level if you're using them and split mode with gyro aiming as opposed to having it connected to the middle Bridge the balance of how well it fits in your hand with the gyro aiming it is super smooth compared to a normal joy-con I always found the normal Joy cons to be really shaky but with this controller it's easy to hit the back pedals and shoulder buttons when in Split mode It just fits in your hands so damn well. So if you play games like Splatoon with motion control on a Pro Controller you will have so much better motion control in split mode with these. it's literally like having a Pro Controller cut into two pieces and with four remappable buttons with way better gyro aiming cuz you're aiming with just the one hand instead of the two. I own the m6 HD as well and their garbage compared to the epoch. If you're thinking about between getting the m6 HDs or the epoch get the epoch you will not regret it.
