    I met the singer when I was 21 yrs old I'm now 57yrs old she was very kind and polite and I was impressed and I'm still pressing and holding on. Glory be to God in the utmost high.

    I remember being in the audience during this service with my little tape recorder. I've loved this song every since I first heard it. Beautifully written and arranged by my music mentor, Professor Iris Stevenson!

      Another thing is you have to look at eventhough there is still a handful of us that love Choirs there is a lot of people out there that don't like Choirs. Everything is changing

    I was thinking about this song and singing it while I was cooking. We used to sing it in the youth choir at Church Of the Living God temple 18. I finally found the right recording.

    Yes we all are running when we get to Memphis. With Dr Clark you are running from a rehersal straight to the chior stand. We all had alot of fun.

    Aww Look At PRE STARDOM Karen @ 3:12 in the red dress.. And the late Mother Mattie Wiggley (bottom right) @ 3:21.. Man Im seeing SO MANY familiar faces in this choir! These were the days when EVERY choir member used to ANOINTINGLY SIIING on ONE accord!
    Also my question is HOW COME those microphones of the 70's had SUCH a GREAT pick up range?.. I wish theyd bring them back!...

    I think you can only buy them in Memphis at the COGIC publishing house or bookstore. If you ever go to one of the national meetings, there's usually someone there selling them.

      Well thank you so much for that negative comment. I thought that we in the body of Christ are supposed to be lifting one another up they're all in the same family of Jesus Christ. And there are different styles of singing some for the Baptist some for the Methodist son for the coaches but it's all to the glory of God. So no negative comments please
