Rather than prying the license plate bracket off when you did. I would recommend waiting until you unbolted the bottom plastic trim. That way you don't risk damaging the two bottom retaining locking clips of the license plate bracket

My 4 main bolts have the nuts on the outside lol.. Are they backwards?

For some reason the bumper brackets do not fit properly on the new bumper that I ordered. Could it be that both of the old bumper brackets are both bent?? Very strange?? I did order new brackets though and waiting for them to arrive.
