This is what fixed it for me. Problem was being stuck in 2.4 ghz. Do a factory reset (there's a YT video on it) on the drone. It can only be done via the dji site.
It worked for me my issue was I am using iPhone didn't able to connect after forgetting network Thing i did is turnoff the spark and turn-on the RC and holded it for first beep then enter the password and it is connected Thanks for the help mate appreciate it
I have exactly the same problem in the UK, it did originaly work on Wifi no problem. 2 days of flying with OTG & Now I have the same problem as yourself.
Traveling in Southeast Asia, I had the same problem which worked for me : 1. turn on DRONE 2. turn on RC 3. Connect RC -DRONE 4. MAke spin the DRONE propellers (the two handles diagonally down), NO FLY! 5.open the DJI application on the phone. 6. Ignore all flight restrictions in the country you are ! FLY !!!!!! Hope these help !
Go to dji go 4 app go to general settings go to WiFi then at the bottom should say change password for controller change it then should work I just done it and it worked 🔥
I hope you have solved this problem by now. If not, I make the following suggestions 1. Turn on the Spark first. 2. Then after the Spark chirps, then turn on the remote. Wait until the blinking red light turns green, at that point remote is connected to the Spark. 3. Now go to your phone in the settings and look for the Wi-Fi name of the remote. Now connect. At this point you go to the DJI Go app, and wait till it says go fly. Now you are set to go.
U just need to make fake gps in "Fake GPS" app (select California), connect drone to the phone. press ok in go 4 and fly (oter times u need to press cancel if u disconnect from fake gps)
I have the completely same issue, I bought Spark in USA and bring it to Eastern Europe...i don't know if that is problem...please if somebody nac advice and help. Thank you

This problem happens because you are flying with 2,4 ghz.....if you change the connection to Auto or 5 Ghz will work properly again.......I have this issue when I changed to 2,4 ghz
My problem is that when I press the 3 buttons to connect the radio control to the spark ... the small green light flashes but it does not stop ... it does not find the spark, please help me
I have just got a controller for my spark and everything connects fine. I have video feed, can move the gimbal, but my sticks are unresponsive. Tried going to calibrate the control and once again my sticks dont move on the screen...tried connecting otg cables to phone and that doesnt even connect either. I cant fly with the rc but i can fly with only the phone...please help, Im going crazy
I switch on spark first. Then turn on controller but I get no go fly. I then go into phone wifi setting and tell phone to forget the rc. It finds it again. Type in wifi password. It reconnects and then works!
I know the solution for Your problem. You to go to setting on your smartphone. Do your location on on your Phone, personal hotspot on in your WiFi settings than everything works. Your phone is become a connect station. Aircraft-phone-controller you van Fly and make foto’s it das works.
I've got the solution for this problem !! I was pulling my hair out trying to fix it for days watching countless RUclips videos to no avail . I contacted dji support and they told me the same old shite then in the end after resetting this that and the other they decided to tell me my samsung s9 is not compatible !!!! I was contemplating slicing my own wrists at this point , but I thought I would give it one more go and this is what I did : First make sure ac is off Remote off App off Turn on rc
Turn on spark and press 3 secs it will say link aircraft on the app and it then connects trust me it works do everything in that order and you will be sweet . Sorry about the broken replies my screen is cracked on my phone hope this helps .

It happens to me now.. Just before take off the RC error to connect.. How to solved it?

How bout the phone cant detect the rc wifi
The RC is not broadcasting its wifi ssd even after resetting

If anybody still need help. It is because of the unsupported phones! You can believe or not, but it is. Use other phone or otg cable

I had a problem with my phone not being able to connect to the controller. I forgot the network of the controller and signed back in and it was fixed.

First make sure ac is off
Remote off
App off
Turn on rc
Long press the power button for 9 secs to reset
Go on Wi-Fi and select rc and put in password ( make sure mobile data is off and no Bluetooth or GPS on )
Go on dji app and it will say rc connected
Go back on app and click on connect combo (phone and rc and spark
Turn on spark and press 3 secs it will say link aircraft on the app and it then connects trust me it works do everything in that order and you will be sweet . Sorry about the broken replies my screen is cracked on my phone hope this helps .
