Well said: grieving over the life we used to have and pre grieving our life in the future. That is how I felt before discovering your uploads. Thank you 🙏

Thank you so much! My older brother passed away the day after we did the video - this helps me so much! I am so grateful he taught me about strength, perseverance, taking risks, and being more frugal - he is and was a blessing ❤

Thanks for this one Dan. It's a good reminder that TMS and grief are related and it's helping me through a recent death in the family.

Thank you for showing me this video again... My sister was everything to me my rock so loving understanding and she understood tms the only so far I keep talking to her and sometimes I say "I want to be where you are" and I mean it. It is all to fresh now.... My symptoms are soooooo high but they shifted in another place not far from the old place but still they moved. Also we could laugh soo much typical sister laugh we only had to look at each other and hahahahah my house is full with her fotos and memories but she is missing... I nonstop want to call her or go to her. I talk to her a lot. Thanks again Dan you are the best love you ❤️😘😘😘

While she may not be able to speak back to you, you can still talk to her. Find comfort that as long as she is in your heart, she is still in your life.

I lost so many people. My parents friends husband and 2 doggies. Grieve will never go away. I believe that every person was or is in my life for a reason as to learn from. Also I believe tms is there for a reason I did not figure it out yet why... But I am sure one day I will. In the meantime I hold on with my fingernails the finish line can't see it yet but I know it is there. As I said yesterday I stick to the winners and for me you all are winners so i hold on to you all. Going for my walk now. Love you all see you tomorrow 😘😘😘

Just like recovery grief has no timeline. You have to allow it, make space for it, let it move through you and accept it. Also accept the reoccurrent waves throughout your entire life.
    Shared grief is so beautiful.
Being that shoulder for someone to cry on or having that shoulder to cry on yourself.
Lots of strength for people feeling it right now❤

I lost my 6yr old sister when I was 5. My past my present and future gone. I've bypassed my mum's death age(57)& am grateful to continue breathing with or without PDP. All of its a blessing. This space here so heart filling.

As an empath and a poet I used to very much understand not wanting to let go of the grief as it feels like betrayal to those lost...
But when you realize real love means you wouldn't want your child or a loved one of yours feeling that for the rest of their lives
When you die, that you only want them to remember good things and fondness and to be healed..
That changes the whole perspective of Letting grief go..❤️❤️

Hi Dan, I've been watching your videos for the past couple of weeks and the messages really resonate with me - I think I'm actually starting to feel a bit better! And your video today feels like divine timing - it's the anniversary tomorrow of my sister's death, which I always find such a hard time of year. It seems to always be accompanied by symptoms - maybe the perceived danger of the big emotions, or the fear of more death / trauma, which felt unleashed when she died suddenly. And this message is so important - I'm so grateful for all the good times we spent together! Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for everything that you do, and for everything you've said today - it all chimes with me.

Thank you 🙏. Important topic and great advice. I think my symptoms started when my dad passed away suddenly. It was a rocky relationship to say the least. So I have been prone to focusing on the negative things. But there are a lot of happy sunny memories too, and a lot to be thankful for. Thanks 🙏 for sharing your wisdom!

What a great video Dan.. thank you for sharing your thoughts on this..🙏🏼💜 I have had a lot of loss of loved ones in my life and I relate to this very much, I have such fond memories and emotions come up when I think of my loved ones gone, I allow them to surface because they are blanketed with gratitude and honoring of their memory..🥰
I came across this as part of the last stage of grief and thought I’d share..💜: “Grief never ends, but thoughts of sadness and despair diminish while positive memories of the deceased take over.”

When I was 25 and my Grandmother passed away I had a major TMS episode which at the time doctors couldn't figure out what happened and there was alot of medical trauma. The symptom somewhat left after they tried treating me with different medications but came back months later and because of what happened I never went back because I was to scared. Four years later after a very challenging time in my life, TMS finally got my attention and hit me very hard. I Believe what im still facing on a daily basis has allowed me to take stock in so many different things that happened in my life that were all TMS related. I just cant go back and revisit those events because it worsens sensations.
Thank you for the daily videos Dan.

I believe "grief" is a precursor to TMS/PDP. Maybe it's societies reaction to others. TMS PDP could be looked on as a healing pathway if only to make us heed what's going on. Never attended so many funerals in the last two years, so many only 50.

Like so many others here, I’ve had so much loss. Two brothers under tragic circumstances and many more. It’s made me more compassionate and empathetic. I believe we move forward with grief, learning to hold it gently, more softly. Blessings to all of those here who have lost people they love. We never have the people we love long enough.
