I am subscribed to at least 15 cooking/baking channels, I have watched 4 or 5 pretzel recipes and these ones look the best of all!!!! :D AMAZING..... mouth watering :P thank you Richard!!!!
I smiled when Richard pulled out a metric tape to measure the length of his pretzel log. LOL. I sew so I used dressmaker's tape instead. :) I haven't have much success in making pretzels so I think I'm gonna try this recipe next time I have a hankering for this. Nice tutorial btw

How on earth are your dough pieces so neat?!? Whether it's the risen dough or the cut pieces or the sausages or the shaped pretzels! Mine go all over the place! However the end product turns out well, small mercies eh :-) Keep up the good work! I have tried soft pretzels, will give the hard ones a try..

I did my dough by hand and it was so tough and not elastic at all. What did I do wrong?
Update: I added more water to the dough and that fixed it. However, my baking paper got stuck to them and they did not get golden as in the video.
