    I was about to get Rzone Plot in Warje......but thankfully i saw this video......i will contact you soon for the same purchase......as I asked builder he said that no nationalized bank loans are available.

    NA plots mein bhi developer internal roads ka amount add karke hi bolte hai. Yani agar aapko 1 guntha jagah Leni hai to wo 1.25 gunthe ka price lagate hai. Aur NA plots already R zone se double ya 1.5 times price hota hai.
    Lekin agar plots Lena hai to NA hi Lena chahiye ya to gavthan ke limits mein ka jiska har ek plot ka individual 7/12 ho wahi lena chahiye. Bechne mein aasani hoti hai.

    Hussian bhai do please mention there that Nationalised bank provide loan on only plot only if the project is in MMR ror PMRDA or MMRDA region
    Most important thing to buy N.A plot is
    Collector Sanctioned N.A Order as well as T.P Sanctioned Layout with Collector Stamp & Signature

    Can we buy R zone plot developed by developer as gated society of rou houses? 7/12 will be collective but society will be formed. NOC will also be given by all

      If Old Property, Check Papers, Easy way is check if Loan can be done
      Or check Completion Certificate rec'd
