NA plots mein bhi developer internal roads ka amount add karke hi bolte hai. Yani agar aapko 1 guntha jagah Leni hai to wo 1.25 gunthe ka price lagate hai. Aur NA plots already R zone se double ya 1.5 times price hota hai. Lekin agar plots Lena hai to NA hi Lena chahiye ya to gavthan ke limits mein ka jiska har ek plot ka individual 7/12 ho wahi lena chahiye. Bechne mein aasani hoti hai.
