HELLL NOO, it’s your own opinion I get that however in my opinion the XR looks terrible. When you ride the XR most people ask “did you build it yourself?”. It looks cheap and homemade.
Maybe you can make pin connectors on onewheel stand that will charge the board when you put it on stand so you dont need to think about charging it. Great products 👍
GT my next buy without a doubt. Have a pint and the X looks great, but not having had the bigger onewheel previously, the totally revamped version with the GT is what I NEED next.
Any thoughts on rider size and which board is appropriate? You said the Pint X was for everyone, but I'm 6'2", 200#, with size 13 feet. Unsure if the Pint X is right for a rider my size or whether I should default to the bigger GT.
No no no! I have a Pint X. Definitely NOT for a bigger guy like you. Not so much weight wise but foot size. I'm size 10 and my feet just barely fit. Your feet would be hanging off.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is not a mistake. They mentioned in the launch event that they would begin shipping in a couple of months. January lines up with what others are saying their shipping is.

HEY ONEWHEEL! How about an option in the settings where I could set my own speed limit for pushback. Say I only want to go 12mph and want pushback set at 14. Food for thought. Not everyone wants to go 20mph and worry about taking a nosedive for the team. Lol
Hey guys, great to see that!!! Couple of remaining questions: What about the waterproofing on the GT? Now up to the level of the Pint, or maybe even better? And is the pushback more comparable to an XR or to the Pint?

The GT is water resistant as much as it can be, but is not waterproof. We recommend avoiding water and drying it off after it gets wet. The GT's got me drooling. Trade-in program? Love my Pint but this GT!!! Love the coffee making at the end. :)
I just email the same question to FM..
I got my XR 2 months ago....
I hope so..they definitely need a trade in program
@@yungxama1606 Bummer, I hope they can work with you on that. I’ve had my Pint for over a year, so no heartburn if I can trade it in. I have over 1,100 miles on it but I just had it reconditioned, so I’m sure I can sell it if I want to. I could even imagine keeping it if I got a GT so I have a smaller board in addition to the beast!
Changing the game and blowing minds 🤯
As a professional fun haver, I really hope the GT is water resistant. So many trails border creeks. My board has had a few close calls. Plus that treaded tire would look bad ass kicking up a rooster tail in the streets.
If it has XR ride feel and pushback with that range and torque I am sold. Can't wait for the first reviews. I hope some of the first get out to people like Wren and Bodhi.
Boosting the water resistant question. Haven't heard or read anything regarding water resist/proof for the GT. Inquiring Northwestern residents want to know.
Grats guys, some real excitement in the community.
Duf do you think the GT is the same large size like the XR? I'm also thinking about purchasing it!
@@scottyW It is, and then some.
That intro was very satisfying had to say something
So badly need a Onewheel now 🥲
Would love to get you riding!
Highly recommend it.
My wife likes mine so much I'm thinking of getting a second one. Most likely the gt. The xr plus is fantastic
Trust me, you need a onewheel in your life!
@@Onewheel shameless
Just get an euc
Next step: minimization, and bringing cost down. -and maybe a suspension system
^^^
And waterproof
air down your tire for a softer ride
So you want more added AND at a cheaper price? Sounds like you straight up can't afford the product, at all, which isn't nobody's fault but your own.
Suspension won't happen
I want THE GT!!!!!!
Let's gooooo!
@@Onewheel when can we get one?
Love the GT! Its like you heard my suggestions for pint upgrades. And love the coffe moment.
I have that electric kettle! Now I just need the GT😂 been wanting a Onewheel for years! Finally to a point that I can start setting some money back, hopefully I can get one in the next couple years! So excited!!❤️🤙🏻
Please tell me you guys put safety beeps to warn you from nose diving?
Please comment on how GT handles pushback. If you could do so before the 48 hour sale is done, that would be preferable. Thank you!
Happy Pint owner, but ordered a GT. Stoked AF.
same!
Love my pint.....Time for that GT.... Thank you Onewheel 😊
Let’s gooooo!
What is the water resistance on the GT? How does it compare to the XR and pint? Is the GT fully waterproof now? One can hope.
🎯👀
It is water-resistant much as possible but it is not waterproof
Where you plan on riding it? In a lake?
The coffee pouring at the end made the video!
So stoked to get my GT!
I fell in love with the GT at first sight, it might take a while but I can’t wait till I get one for myself. I just passed 5.5k kms on my XR too
How much does the GT weigh? I've gotta climb two dozen steps to get to my apartment and want to know what I'm signing up for.
its 35lbs .
For 35 pounds, not worth it.
@@alexbowden52 extra 50% over the pint and 300-400% range increase and 150% the power I think I'll deal with the weight increase
@@alexbowden52 Yeah that's a lot to carry...but I might do it anyway and take two trips up the steps when I've got groceries or other errand items to carry home.
@@UrbaneOracle just start doing turkish get ups with a 35 lb dumbbell. thats what im doing
Placed GT order right after the announcement!!!!!!!! I wish FM can ship earlier than we expected.
The coffee part made me stay to the end for real :)
I just ordered a GT. 🥳🚀
I had a few professional athletes come to the stadium the other day with the pint X. I road it for two days and loved it. Never been on a one wheel prior to that. But now I don’t know if I want to get the pint x or jump to the best and get the GT
Not gonna lie... XR still hass the coolest look
HELLL NOO, it’s your own opinion I get that however in my opinion the XR looks terrible. When you ride the XR most people ask “did you build it yourself?”. It looks cheap and homemade.
@Y beast
Correct! Much more refined
😄
Nice touch at the end, broskis 🤙
Thanks for the info, got my GT ordered last night =)
And I was about to order an XR! I am happy that I did not.
Maybe you can make pin connectors on onewheel stand that will charge the board when you put it on stand so you dont need to think about charging it. Great products 👍
4:33 cap -“SimpleStop Guy”
Lol, imagine the people that make the boards don't even ride them
GT my next buy without a doubt.
I ordered a gt yesterday and tracking today says not until January. I hope this is a mistake cus they'd no point in having one in January in Colorado with ice. I wanna ride before winter sets in.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is not a mistake. They mentioned in the launch event that they would begin shipping in a couple of months. January lines up with what others are saying their shipping is.
Lol that coffee shot at the end ☕️ 😂
What's the pushback like on these? Aggressive like the pint or mellow like the XR?
We’re still tuning GT’s Digital Shaping 3.0 settings to make sure we’re getting everything out of the enhanced Powerband and increased torque it offers but rest assured, everything about the GT riding experience is different from Pint, including Pushback.
You guys are killing me with the coffee thing. (GT on the way! My first!)
Is the GT waterproof / water resistant like the pint?
👀
Water resistant but should dry it off with a hair dryer after
HEY ONEWHEEL! How about an option in the settings where I could set my own speed limit for pushback. Say I only want to go 12mph and want pushback set at 14. Food for thought. Not everyone wants to go 20mph and worry about taking a nosedive for the team. Lol
I almost ordered it when the day it came out without knowing about these new ones. Will definitely get the GT at some point.
Just pre ordered the GT, so damn excited for that!!
Improvements regarding right to fix?
👀
Any chance of a repair agent down here in Australia? super expensive to ship back and forth to the USA for a tyre change
Do it yourself in 15 minutes. Float life has a RUclips video of how to do it. Simple. A 5 year old could do it
@@theone2be33 there are no aftermarket tyres available for the GT. Its a unique size
I can’t wait to get one of them. On a random note we should all start thinking about airless tires for these amazing toys
Wow. Not sure what to do with my XR now :) do I get the GT and upgrade? Or do I get the pint X …. I’m just so stoked for the new products!
Smaller size really is a blessing.
Go all out and get the GT
Hey guys, great to see that!!! Couple of remaining questions: What about the waterproofing on the GT? Now up to the level of the Pint, or maybe even better? And is the pushback more comparable to an XR or to the Pint?
We’re still tuning GT’s Digital Shaping 3.0 settings to make sure we’re getting everything out of the enhanced Powerband and increased torque but rest assured, everything about the GT riding experience is different from Pint, including Pushback.
The GT is water resistant as much as it can be, but is not waterproof. We recommend avoiding water and drying it off after it gets wet. With the Pushback, we’re still tuning GT’s Digital Shaping 3.0 settings to make sure we’re getting everything out of the enhanced Powerband and increased torque. Everything about the GT riding experience is different from Pint, including Pushback.
@@Onewheel great, thanks for your reply 👍🏻
Did you guys solve the nosedive issue? If you haven't I'll just stick with the XR
Nosediving is a rider issue
@@NIGHTWHEEL... Right? Imagine buying something then being mad it doesn't go passed its own specs. How about, dont push it passed its speed limit? lmao
@@KaiBrunk125 I go average or 39mph and I don't try to push up to 45mph that I can on my euc because I don't want to die. Same thing I do on my onewheel I stay below so I don't die.
So is the light strength on the Pint X better then on the original Pint?
Twenty miles an hr is easy to respect if you'd ever had 1 to many and went down. 😆
My bad, that was for media wolf lol
Very curious to feel how the GT responds to leans & carves while weighing in a whopping 35 lbs, 10 lbs heavier than the Pint I'm used to carving
Does it cost extra for the treaded option on the GT?
$50👊
Yes. There is a $50 added cost for the Dreaded Tire
You guys are great!
Got my GT coming January 😉
Yeeeeew! 🙌
When do they start shipping?
I was thinking and that I "mustache' you a few questions but I think he answered most of them. Thanks
The real questions are:
Are they finally waterproofed from factory?
Can you adjust the brigtness of the LEDs and or turn them off?
How steep hills can they handle before a nose dive? (size wise)
Any front wheels to prevent dives?
Will they be availible in europe?
How much does that GT tank weight?
I'm really concerned about the angle of approach on the GT with that thicc battery compartment
Great job guys. Is this one sealed against water better than the XR, or able to be sealed more easily?
excited to pick up a used onewheel since everyone is gonna want to trade up
Trust me when I say, nobody will be giving there's away.
It's not like a cell phone, dime a dozen lol
But I got a xr with 1100 miles on it for 1400 in so cal
I bought my XR from a wholesaler local I met for $1400 new in the box 1 year ago. I sold my Plus that I paid $900 3 years ago to someone 2 days ago for $1000.
welp just picked up a 13 mile pint for $700 that was an hr away. not too bad for no one giving em away 🤷♂️

Does the GT have a stronger pushback than the XR?
Kinda like the pushback on the Pint.
Yes. It's in between.
