+Kyle Todd Yeah! and note how polite the train staff are... note the uniformed lady at 2.50 when she turns and bows to the passengers before leaving their carraige. I would love to travel like that!
At 4:39, I noticed that the wheels on the other train (I believe an N700 series) had 4 wheels at each end of each car, much like a conventional train, but unlike some of the European high-speed trains, which are articulated vehicles, with each car sharing its wheels with the one ahead & behind it.
I am wondering if the train interior simulated airplane interior as part of their design. Nice and modern train system. Hope we have it in Thailand and US. What kind of meals do they serve just curious?
Hi thanks for sharing your experience ..... i have question ... the Nazomi train does have place for luggage bigger than the one that people put on the top ( as shows in your video ) and can i buy the ticket from Haneda airport ....do they have office there ? and does the ticket finish at the same day ? or should i make booking 1 day before ? Thank you so much :-)
Oi Leticia! boa noite!:):) this is a video of Shinkansen, the bullet train of max speed 320km/hour they say. my information i gave to you is really rusty now and so you up-date the information as 320km max for the current shinkansen. this video shows the route on the track from osaka to hakata i think (so after kyoto). other video shows the train sceneries from tokyo to kyoto. you can get a general picture of the train services here!!:):) and after this video , it shows the cockpit of shinkasen and you can enjoy how the train runs from it as if you were the train driver!! enjoy it!! my big hug always!!:):) Show less
Oi Naoki! bom dia! :)
Letícia De Oliveira Oi Leticia! first of all, i am glad you enjoyed the video but i felt the same as you felt when i was very young!!:) because any scenery is not stopping and so i had to move my head as fast as the train goes.!!:):) well for your allergy issue, we need to do something on it my dear and i will email to you on this issue later. so let me know if we can do something positive for this issue because i am sure that there could be something we can do for improving your way of treatment by not relying so much on the medicine. well, let's see together ok!!:):) my big hug!!:):)
Oi Naoki! bom dia! :)
Do you also used this camera for you other videos, or did you also use your 5d Mark III? If the latter, do you use a tripod or a monopod? Or do you use a software stabilizer at edit time (like «Deshaker»)? When I watch your videos, the image is always very stable, so it is very immersive.
i was just curious and wanted to see how it felt on the inside of Japan Bullet train. these type of technology is not in Jamaica because we have to take bus to get to our destination
sc5252 Yes but the train travels in two lines and maintained by two companies. Tokyo to Osaka by tokaido Shinkansen operated by JR Tokai at a distance of 520 kms. From Osaka to Hakata by Sanyo Shinkansen operated by JR west at a distance of aroud 630 kms. You can notice the train stops for three mins in Shin Osaka for change of crew. I recommend this Stated for people who would like to watch driver change. The longest by a single operator is the Tohoku shinkansen operated by JR east. It connects Tokyo to Shin Aomori at a distance of 680 kms.
wow bullet trains seem to have alot of similarities to planes. Similar into shape both inside and out . both have the squarish windows with the pull down window shades, both have the seat back tray tables, both have a server who seems to come down the aisle to give you snacks.the seating is similar, the bathrooms look similar, magazine seat pouches, and if you listen closely the rrrrrrrring sound in the background the train makes sounds similar to the humming of a jet engine when taking off, etc I been on a plane many times but never a bullet train though....we dont have cool trains like this in America...it would be cool if we did.
We can build this in the USA! Look at how much easier it is to get on a 200mph super train, then to wait 3 hours to be ticklishly molested at the airport and then crunch in for an hour long flight in a tin can! Let's change that!
We won't because of politics. That and the Geography. It could be done, but it won't be. They keep postponing the CA Shinkansen project. As much as I would love to see it happen, as I absolutely adore the Shinkansen, I can't believe it until I see it with my own eyes.
The Mason dude that is not the reason why and you’re so infected by the media yourself to know better, her is the reason. When Japan first made the bullet train (1960s) America began its industrialisation into the automobile industry, and jetliner industry. Because of this the US deemed trains “too slow” and “an outdated means of travel”. Because of this the US did not put money or research into new trains. Recently though, due to the need for transport in the east, faster trains (not bullet train fast) are being built. That is why the Americans didn’t build bullet trains.
jeffsandychelsea Yeah, that's true also. Japan is very small in comparison to the United States, and the population and buildings are all much more condensed.
jeffsandychelsea Yes, hope one day the train station in San Francisco can be developed like this. Specifically, I can buy fresh food home in the train station. I missed that part most.
***** No, The U.S. was working on automobiles while the rest of the world was working on railroads. Therefore, train travel is less common in the U.S. Anyway, why get rid of skyscrapers just because they look old? They're perfectly functional. Tearing them down just to make more modern-looking ones would be wasteful, and it wouldn't count as a new idea.
If you really had some knowledge about bullet train, you would know that the infrastructure of bullet trains are not that different from travel experience perspective. The seat layout in shinkansen first and second class is exactly the same as the CRH first and second class. What service would be provided on board would be totally dependent on Indonesian themselves. I have to admit that second class in Shinkansen is a much quieter environment, with no noisy children and no laud talking. Chinese passengers in second class do like to talk loudly and have less awareness of public curtesy. But it's understandable given that the older generation in china is uneducated.
Irish trains are so bad in comparison, 5 minutes late is considered "on time" , they're not as comfy , definitely not as clean and the with staff it's a coin toss, some are really nice and care others don't but given some of the customers they have to deal with it's no surprise it's sad really,
The japanese culture and the bullet train fascinate me .
The Shinkansen trains are not only fast but also extremely safe and comfortable!!!😍😍😍
I am too old now, but I would love to visit Japan,if only to travel on that train!
+john price Welcome to Japan.
john price
Japan is all ages.
If you are still full of vigor, please visit here and make comment on the impression of present Japan

I Would love to visit Japan one day
Nice to see they also do the announcements in English too! :) Japanese train service are the best!
+Kyle Todd Yeah! and note how polite the train staff are... note the uniformed lady at 2.50 when she turns and bows to the passengers before leaving their carraige. I would love to travel like that!
Kyle Todd Many Americans in there. No wonder their lovin' japan
What a nation. how the train hostess paid respects when she left the compartment.
In India 🇮🇳 it is vice versa
Better than a first class seat on American Airlines!
UR HIRED HR XD
UR HIRED HR, That depends on where you end up.
There is nothing glamorus about flying.
UR HIRED HR its plane on the land

Japan at its very best : pristine trains with superb service !>>> Precisely what I was thinking, people dressed well and well behaved.
Japan Speed Trains
It's like you're in a plane
I know right. Unbelievable that these were the people who had bombed pearl harbour. No insult to the Japanese, just saying.

bro what camera u were using? tell me the detail OK?
that was a Sony HDR 720.
How was it?
Dont go to express stations, they're always crowded. I mean, i went to mishima station amd it is not frequently crowded
We can build this in the USA! Look at how much easier it is to get on a 200mph super train, then to wait 3 hours to be ticklishly molested at the airport and then crunch in for an hour long flight in a tin can! Let's change that!
Then the security checks will be done at train stations? Hahaha...
They do that in Turkey :P Works perfectly
We won't because of politics. That and the Geography. It could be done, but it won't be. They keep postponing the CA Shinkansen project. As much as I would love to see it happen, as I absolutely adore the Shinkansen, I can't believe it until I see it with my own eyes.
High Speed Rail America Club if there is a way we can help to get one built, besides funding it, do let me know.
They already have Amtrak trains going 150mph
at 7:03 what do they get?
Nice :)
Oh right, forgot about the Sony. Thought this was the Canon 5D and was wondering how could it be so stable :)
I like how they make big seats and don't sacrifice on quality like most usa airlines
just like an airplane 0.o.... Wonder why Americans didn't build bullet trains or high speed trains...
Hi Kim Jong-un can you build one?
Or is it that America is so infected with politics and too lazy to build one? And we're still all proud of japan.
The Mason dude that is not the reason why and you’re so infected by the media yourself to know better, her is the reason.

Pls tel me maximum speed of this train
Abhishek soni 300km/h
this will be in usa one day
How exactly would you know that?
The population is too spread out to support a nationwide network. Maybe on the east and west coast.
jeffsandychelsea Yeah, that's true also. Japan is very small in comparison to the United States, and the population and buildings are all much more condensed.

Nozomi Shinkansen (High speed train)
Looks like youre inside a passenger plane
U sure that ain't a plane?
I want to go to jappaaaannnnnnn
my brother in this train
That we don't have this is an utter disgrace. My trips to Milwaukee, Chicago, Twin Cities would be so much easier and faster.
Bhout ganda
I am Indian our trains are too slow compared to yours
Our fastest train is 180kmph (on it's highest speed)
in indonesia next day

Mainland Chinese are so noisy. They should learn manners before visiting foreign countries.
