- How To Use Your Mirrors|Beginner Driving Lesson.Driver's License Music,
Hello Guys, welcome to Driving TV
In today’s video I will be discussing the use and importance of mirrors such as the rear view mirror and lateral mirrors when driving.
The mirrors of our vehicle is one of the most important tools we have in order to be able to drive safely and be able to see what’s happening around us as we drive. How to adjust our mirrors and how to utilize them when driving is something that all drivers should very well know.

Watching from The Philippines! Im learning how to drive and it is very useful, informative for me. Thank you.
Only thing you've missed is on the rear view mirror you have an anti glare switch which you can see in the video. For those that don't know it's that black switch at the bottom centre of the mirror. When driving at night if you are blinded by the lights on the vehicle behind you. then push the switch down it changes the angle of the mirror. When there is no vehicle behind you then just pull the switch back to it's original position. The mirror only has two settings so you can't go wrong.
Very useful information
Thanks you very much 🥰

For the right side mirror, should be able to see a sliver of the car and such from your seated position, or leaning towards that mirror?
Seated comfortably. Never leaning.
Can I, used someone driving license
Oh for Pete's sake, this could not be more wrong! At 3:00 (among other times) she's showing the view out of the driver's left SIDEview mirror and can see directly behind her. Seeing behind is what the inside REARview mirror for. There are three mirrors, and the intention is to see three different directions. Just how many mirrors does one need to have so they can see behind them? The side mirrors are for looking out to the side of the vehicle.
As another car comes up from behind and moves into the adjacent lane, the view of that car in the rear view mirror will change to show them gaining on you. At the same time their vehicle starts to disappear off the side of the rearview mirror, it begins to show up in the sideview--you should still be able to see the whole vehicle: front part in the sideview and rear part in the rearview. As it continues to gain on you, you will see the whole car in the sideview and eventually it, too, leaves the sideview and then is visible by glancing to your left (or right).
From the time you first notice a vehicle coming up from behind, you will never lose sight of it when you have your mirrors set properly. There are no blindspots.
I’ve driven 50 thousand miles a year and this is incorrect. You do not need to see your car. You need to use the rear view mirror in conjunction with your left and right mirrors. This eliminates the the blind spots.
Those side mirrors are inverted too far. That’s why you and so many drivers have a blind spot. You don’t need to see the side of your car, you’re already inside the car you fool.
