I have no problem with the sound. It’s off but I love your information. I’ve subscribed too. Your the first person to me who has mentioned prices. Thank you for what you do.
It might be helpful during a video such as this one to provide the names of the towns in writing - it isn't always clear what the spelling might be, and this would be great to have in case someone wanted to do more research? Thanks! Great video!
Ciao - really enjoyed your video. A lot of great information. I couldn't understand the name of that website you mentioned. Also, how is it getting medications. I had a heart attack a couple of years ago. This is a great concern of mine. Thank you again.
Lombardy and Tuscany are expensive. Rome is expensive too. South of Italy is cheaper and has got the best climate of Italy. For example, you totally ignore Calabria and Sicily. In the South life cost is cheaper and appartment and villas too
It would help me a lot if you either put the names of those towns or cities either on the screen or in the explanation of the video. Just saying. Thanks
I move there I want to live next door to you! You are just wonderful to listen to and - wow what an an amazing source of information. Thank you for taking the time to share. I've never felt quite so invited to do anything.
you prolly dont care at all but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I love any tips you can offer me
@Bodie Titan Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Valerier, I am really enjoying your videos chocked full of information. I will be visiting Porto D'Ascoli in Le Marche where I was born, for the month of September. My dream is to retire in my homeland of course! You sure have made the decision so easy. Are there traditional health food stores in the area where I can get vitimans, like here in the States.
this was a very informative video. I have been to several of the towns that you mentioned and I agree with your assessment. Ascoli was lovely. What are your views about Calabria or Sicily?
Hi Valerie, enjoyed your video very much. Added a couple of more possibilities that I hadn’t considered before. I think I traded emails with your husband some years ago when you lived in Ascoli. I still haven’t retired in Italy but the Dream is alive. I lived in Urbania for almost a year back in ‘02 and have my dual citizenship in Sarnano. Needless to say I love LeMarche. Spent a week in San Benedetto Del Tronto a few years back and finally got to Ascoli. So beautiful. For whatever reason I could not connect to tripitalia.it. I tried the URL and a search and could not find it. Where can I find other videos that you have produced?
it would be super helpful to have more town spellings in text as i don't have an ear for this and can't find some of the places on the map. is there text of your talk?
Region Lazio: Bracciano, Viterbo. Region Toscana: Firenze, Arezzo, Siena, Lucca. Region Le Marche: Ascoli Piceno, San Bendetto, Jesi, Urbino, Senigallia, Pesaro, Fano. Region Umbria: Perugia, Orvieto, Città Della Pieve. Region Puglia: Valle d'Itria, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Lecce.
Great info! I've watched several by IL & a couple of others that have moved part time to Italy. My issue is that I would need/want to work. I"m 52. But as I understand I'd have to live there for 4 or 5 years before I could do that? Do most expats live part time? I'd love to make this a reality.
Hi can you tell me what months are good to travel per the weather, not too hot and not too cold? I'm hot nature so the winter sometime is not as cold, GA USA to me than others. But what would you say a good range of months are that are comfortable for touring Italy? Thank you in advance
Thank you for this very informative video! How did you learn Italian? My husband and I are thinking of moving to Italy and learning the language is one of the stumbling blocks for us.
Italiano is the easiest language to learn ... You read what you write ... Search for some free RUclips lessons of italiano ... Day by day you reach slowly a basic knowkedge .... And do not forget that now many people in office are also english speakers
Hi Valeri I just subscribed. I hope you are well. I wanted to ask you how can I get in touch with someone to find a rental in Puglia a furnished apartment and not been charged an arm and a leg could you help? thank you. angela. thank you for doing this channel
hello, I was told that sadly there are a lot of stray animals in southern italy bc they do not spay/neuter, (I realize this can occur in any nation) but as an animal lover, it would be very hard for me to witness..may I ask if this is factual..ty aksi, does Italy tax worldwide income , I will be living on my retirement which is modest, but I am fine with a modest quiet peaceful life
Hello Summerland I lived in Northern Italy in the 80's and 90's and back then there were so many stray cats which was upsetting to see,I ended up taking 3 in and helping with the cat colonies. I think in the south the situation is even worse...I understand how you feel. God Bless🙏😁
Probably be a good idea to at first state in order to retire in Italy, a required $35K certificate of deposit is required as well as of proof of $30K a year income....
I'm sorry, but your intonation, or lack thereof, and delivery was so monotonous, combined with "Uuuummmm" every 3 words was like fingernails on a chalkboard. I could only listen to the first 10 minutes. Excruciating would be accurate.
I think we're sold! Thank you so much for all this priceless information ❤

Thank you for posting these. Really helpful... Have contemplated the idea for a while... I hope it becomes reality at some point

Yes. I agree. Sometimes the towns named were hard to pick up. If they were witten on the screen it would be very useful.
Italy,Spain and Portugal are the best retirement countries in Europe
Omg, this is my dream to live in Italy 🇮🇹
if you want to see paradise .. come and live in Salento .. Lecce .. south Italy

Great breakdown of Italian retirement hotspots but jfc, no mention of Calabria? If you have a follow up video including Calabria then my apologies.

Do you have to be a citizen to live in Italy permanently? I would like to become a dual citizen I am from the US. Is it possible to become a citizen?
Would you please give the website that you are getting the statistics from? Thanks. Sad
Hey Sandy. You can find more info on our website: internationalliving.com/
I think you might be asking about the site mentioned early in her video - www.cittalia.it maybe?
Anthony Melancon yes. Thank you.
@@sandybaldwin1883 They need to push their website. Sadly, it's got nothing but pop-up ads that make it so hard to get through.

The verbiage is disturbing for all these videos!! Please get to the point! Be kind to the listeners please!
Almost totally worthless bullshit.
