@@BltchErica5 years and plays tremolo picking like if it was hard Bruh, 3 and 10 years is almost accurate, but in 5 years you are playing to evh or malmsteem 😅 and in 10 you just want to make some money
I’ve had my guitar for 5 years but I lost my love for it quickly. I’m starting to pick it up again and my motivation is learning my favorite song for my bsf who moved away. I really want an electric guitar bc I think they sound so pretty and idk I wanna learn different styles
My local guitar center was pretty chill when I went there I asked if they had any riffs I couldn’t play and they said they didn’t care they just told me not to play stairway too loud
This is encouraging. Just learned the crazy little thing called love solo and first time my teacher has shown me this, I was like:"how the f?". In 2 weeks I got it. Roughly 2 years of playing guitar (give or take, had a big hiatus) has gotten me here and I hope it gets me further
In just 1 year, i learned Sweet child of mine, eruption, Beat it, Bohemian rhapsody, Hotel California, Free bird. Every solos there is, some I've mastered but some are still needed to be
You're amazingly accurate in how I've played in those time periods. I've been playing for 9 months and the result is only slightly different from what you showed as a 1 year result.
I know a lot of johnny b. Goode and i have been playing for a little over a year and a half. Im working on it right now. Its nice to see a video that doesn't have you working on polyphia after a year.
I've been playing for 7 years and I can't get past your definition of a 1 year mark. I can however play a couple of songs by David Bowie, a couple leadbelly songs, a couple Foo fighters songs, 1 stone temple pilots song, 1 song by Oasis, 1 song by Weezer and literally EVERY Nirvana song. I'm not missing any. I can even play the home demo songs.
Not a joke in one month I learned master of puppets I AM NOT JOKING, everyday after school I would get my guitar and practice. Now I’m here and better than ever.
I think that when you reach 10 years old playing the guitar you play very quiet things, just to relax. At least that’s what happens to me who’s been playing for 8 years (This was translated with Google, I spoke Spanish lol)
“10 years of playing guitar” but it’s just me playing 0-3-5 six different times with progressively stupid and expensive pedals
This is it.
@@bigposts6673this is where the toan's at
Lmfao I'm 3 years in and it feels like that but just with a nicer amp
It's the progress😂😂, first day without pedals, 1 year a lot of pedals
Me after 15 years playing dream theater and symphony x solos 🗿
Bro called us stupid in a million different ways
How

if this makes you feel stupid, you probably really are
this bro wore the same clothes for 10 years💀💀

Bro is NOT funny
Wonder wall is just rick roll of guitars
Oh yeah man....

FOR REAL
Today-
I literally made an audible "Nooooo" when I saw the capo move to 2nd fret
I also made an audible "NOOOO" when he played Sweet Child o' Mine on bridge pickup
Bro i just had a look of disappointment 😂
Yes!
Same, I’m pretty sure my sister can hear me
I still refuse to learn wonderwall
You already know how to play it since it's just open chords
I don’t even have a capo
@@STORMX97Just tune ur guitar then
You are not special
@@confusedcat-sm9cy he never said he was special
Johnny b. Good reminds me of back to the future
I KNEW I WAS GOING TO GET WONDERWALLED 😭😭
Best song ever
Learn at your own pace, dont listen to anyone trying to tell you you need to be able to do certain things at certain times
Im a teacher and I completely agree. Nobody is the same and i feel like a lot of uprising guitars let that fly over their head.
oh ok, I wanna get a guitar but should I get acoustic or electric?
I’ve had my guitar for 5 years but I lost my love for it quickly. I’m starting to pick it up again and my motivation is learning my favorite song for my bsf who moved away. I really want an electric guitar bc I think they sound so pretty and idk I wanna learn different styles
@@avi_mationwell most beginners get acoustic, not everyone tho, once u learn how to play one of them u can play the other very quickly
I just wanna be able to jam on some blues, folk, country, and rock. That's enough for me. If some comes of it, cool, but I just want to play.
1 year for sweet child o mine is CRAZY
For the last 20+ years, ive been stuck playing cowboy chords... I'm only just now finally starting to learn scales... lol
Keep going man 👍
I mean it's fine you do you
As someone who has been playing guitar from more than 1.5 yrs, i can confirm i just learnt 7 nation army
Wow I just started playing guitar and a yt channel it's cool to see how ppl progress
Thats really accurate! Good job!

Finally, someone actually plays Sweet Child O' Mine in C#-major key!
from 10 years of playing guitar, it feels like he held the guitar for 10 days
The way I just said "oh for fuck sake" when he whipped out the acoustic guitar and capo 💀🙏
In just 1 year, i learned Sweet child of mine, eruption, Beat it, Bohemian rhapsody, Hotel California, Free bird. Every solos there is, some I've mastered but some are still needed to be
Dude was so dedicated he wore the same clothes every day until hit ten years of guitar
i love how the very second he pulled out a capo that he was going to play wonder wall
dude looked the same all these years. respect
Imagine if someone actually had the dedication to do this in real time
You're amazingly accurate in how I've played in those time periods. I've been playing for 9 months and the result is only slightly different from what you showed as a 1 year result.
been playing for a lil over 2 years, and literally all of these are lightwork
I didn't even need to hear a single note of the last song to know what it was
I'd be happy to get that good in 3/5 years
as somebody who learnt 7 nation army in my first week of playing guitar... "im so amazing"
10 years playing guitar is a Free Bird☠️
I was expecting Johnny B. Goode to show up, it was the first song I learned
learn everything, just to play something you love
As soon as i head the last one i felt like today is gonna be the day that i'm gonna throw it back to you
Can’t believe bro used the same outfit for 10 years props to him frfr
I know a lot of johnny b. Goode and i have been playing for a little over a year and a half. Im working on it right now. Its nice to see a video that doesn't have you working on polyphia after a year.
I screamed in terror when i saw the capo in the 2nd fret
Honestly made me feel better about my progress
Nothing wrong about being a slow learner mate. Keep practicing! ❤
I love this video. It’s so accurate and not made to show off how impressive they are at like a year or whatever
I CANNNNOOOOOOOTTTTTTTT STRESS IT ENOUGH, SEVEN NATION ARMY IS PLAYED WITH *TWO* STRINGS GODDAMNIT /light-hearted
my friend has been playing for more than 4 years yet still sounds like hes been playing for one month
Damn, he haven't changed his clothes kept the same haircut and even banned himself from aging for a video, very cool man
Nah the acoustic guitar is crazy bro
Bro if you are planning Through The Fire and Flames at 5 years you have some serious talent.
It took me about 4 years to be able to sight read simple guitar tabs in one go.
Sweet child O' mine at 2 months, Master of puppets at 4 months,😎
salute to us worship guitarists
I have been playing the guitar for 5 weeks and I already know how to play through the fire and flames
I don’t think you ready for that but you children will love it
I think you should leave the 2nd upper/middle level open aired. It’d be a pretty cool open feel
Started playing a month ago and i know sultans of swing solo 1 and hotel california solo
And still after 10 years I like to play more, come as you are 🗣️🔥
I am learning since 6 months and i can play everything he played
I was able to play sweet child o mine after a week lol
It’s pretty easy to play
Fun fact! Johnny joes star in JJBA part 7 was actually named after Johnny B. Goode the song.

Yeah it took me like two months😭😭😭
I could play first day sweet child of mine
Same. I've been playing for 14 years and now I'm just playing with normal chords and just strumming. 😂😂😂
9 months in, so far has been accurate
Finally someone who an realistic vid about that
Wow, you really haven't aged a bit in 10 years.
I have been playing for 2 years, I can play all of that
Man is dedicated, he wore the same shirt for 10 years!
50 years of playing guitar: grasshopper
Cult Of Personality = 20 years playin' guitar
The 10 year one is too Fr bro
15 years here, same as 10 years over there 😂😂😂

"1 month of playing guitar".... Perfect barre chords
Si, asi fue como me convertí en un buen guitarrista 10 años después de haber comenzado
Actually good guitar content, subbed.
The moment I saw the capo on the 2nd fret I knew 😭
the sweet child i leanred in in my 3 week progress
The second I saw the acoustic and capo, I knew the song before he even played it
same lol
7 nation army is like, 2 days to a week definitely not a whole month’s worth
Ive been playing for 2 years and I wouldn’t even be able to do the 1 month 😭
I'm 3 months in on an acoustic and I can already play sweet child O' mine hehe
I swear i knew he was gonna play Wonderwall 🙏🏻😭😭
3 года игры на гитаре: "ОТ ГРАНИЦЫ КЛЮЧ ПЕРЕЛОМЛЕН ПО ПОЛАМ"
I liked the 1 Day music sound
I was about to say IRIS... but then i thought Wonderwall
I got the same guitar. Freaking love the tone. Now if only I could play it good….
You're telling me it's gonna take me 3 years to play the song that got me into guitar 😭
Wait nah how u do that you are the only person to ever to this perfectly
Not me expecting him to play Weezer’s Buddy Holly
Me with one month: Master of puppets
As soon as I saw the capo, I was like: GOD DAMMIT!
Is it okay that ive been playing guitar since 2024 april, and im currently learning johnny b goode, and im halfway through it without a problem?

Last one made me die inside
I’ve been playing for 1 year and the most notable things I can do is probably legato and sweep picking
As someone who’s played guitar for 5 years i was disappointed in myself after one month lmao
When I saw bro pulling out the capo second fret I knew that I have to go💀
On my first day, I could just play 1,2,3,4 and 4,3,2,1 tabs of all the strings...
Wonderwall is the only song you are 100% requiered to know if you wanna be a “guitarist”
1 day song - smoke on the water ❤
been playing for almost 2 years and can play all and sweet child o mine was my first song MoP was my second
“Great Scott”
