Hey DDE,Why new dinosaurs stock models in unity asset store?How long does it take to add ready models to the game? You should be able to add 2 dinosaurs per month.Make the skins of new dinosaurs as alive as your dinosaurs, at least to be compatible with the old ones.
Someone built those models. Behind every creation in the Unity Store is a real person who has spent their time and effort into building models to sell to developers. Those models must then be rigged to animations and locomotions that suit our vision as well as the requests of the community. Much thought has gone into which assets we chose, and we have also reached out to the model maker(s) to ask about changes to suit our vision, as well as the communities feedback.

@@DigitalDreamsEntertainment These new dinosaurs are not like the Reborn designs, any carnivores fan can understand that this dinosaur is a stock model. Why did you choose this path?You should at least rearrange their skins.
@@primalcitizen6127 Again, those models are NOT stock. An artist built those models, and the team has reached out to the artist. Again, an artist built the models we chose, they didn't just magically appear out of thin air. Real people built those models, and put them up for sale on the unity store. Real artists make money from sale of their actual work by selling assets they create through the Unity Store.

It’s still buggy, it froze twice on me. When you switch from handheld to tv or vice versa it feeezes. It’s in need of a serious update

I'm pretty sure they plan on doing that (among other things) once release this on PC too.
They responded to a comment I made on their Facebook page. They told me the scrapped dinosaurs will be coming to the game. Those scrapped dinosaurs are Velociraptor, Spinosaurus, Allosaurus?, Brachiosaurus and potentially Apatosaurus.

I believe they should promote this game, maybe on Nintendo's E3 as an update announcement probably. I believe this is how this game will get recognition and success. Either way, I am having a blast.
You can't run those we hit in the feet, let them walk crippled.While hunting with the crossbow, let's retrieve our arrows from the corpses and use them again.For the unlimited ammunition problem, you can add the risk of breaking the arrow according to the corresponding place of the dinosaur. For example, if it comes to the head or armor, the arrow may break.Let the bullet entry points be seen on the dinosaurs we hunted.

Thank you guys for releasing one of these games on modern consoles, absolutely loved dinosaur hunt and especially ice age on mobile when I was a kid.

Hello DDE, today i bought it on Xbox Series S, but the game seems to not be working. It stays on the main screen that says "press A", but nothing happens when i prees the A button. Others have complained about the same thing recently, how can we fix it?

This is ctrl + c ctrl + v from the carnivores Dinosaur Hunter Reborn. I would really enjoy this dinosaur hunting game if I finally developed something and enriched the franchise with more maps, weapons and dinosaurs.
If the game becomes succesfull they may start adding in more stuff now that it is under new manangement. It's the same game but they are building up everything from the ground up that way they can have a framework to improve upon it more.

I always preferred ice age carnivores and was hoping for a good remake. are they still adding content? with only 5 trophy animals(3 of them being herbivores) this looks like a let down. maby one day ill be able to kill yetis on a decent remake.
Well this looks like a game for the Nintendo Game Cube.
The game cube would never be able to run this title as it is built on an engine that needs much more processing power, and physical memory to handle the design features, and graphics.

Unfortunately, release of the Steam version had to be postponed due to work on the update, but after it was released we completely focused on the Steam version of the game. But you don't have to wait for a long. We're planning to start Beta testing for all owners of Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunt Reborn at the the end of the September.

I just got killed by a ceratosaurus, and to my surprise he has a new kill animation. He picks the hunter up in his mouth and shakes them like a dog...
Still underwhelming that these newer games ironically has more herbivores in the roster and only two carnivores deapite the game being titled, y'know, *_"CARNIVORES",_* yet the series' first two games' rosters had a whopping number of carnos that outnumbered the herbs.
You'd think this be an issue that could be corrected in future releases, but it's not.

They need to fix the bugs in it too
Diggin' the new underlying system, feels a lot better overall, but still got many updates to go before it's where it should be. Since the scrapped Dinosaurs are supposedly going to get added in down the line though I'm excited. I cannot wait to have to deal with the wiggy looking Allosaurus' from the Game Art, especially if its notably smaller than the Cerato. Even better if Raptors ever come along and make me second guess the Gallis I saw. (Who we're still waiting on to be added to the game too!) We'll see what the future holds, but at least the bones are finally there.

For some reason they don't have the ambient animals except pteranodon and there is no observer mode i wud love to make some beautiful screenshot s and there does not seem to be the thing were dinos are stuck in the environment i just got all the maps
Not to mention they only have you tranquilize the dinosaurs, and no blood trails

@@weirdj973 This is not the same game, nor is it the same engine. Join the discord community. The Steam Beta is slated for February release around the same time as a patch for all consoles that will address many community reported bugs, and some brand new features that we cannot discuss yet. ;)

Currently all focus is on the ongoing production of the much anticipated Mutant Football League sequel. We are a small, independent developer studio, and publisher and this, along with the ongoing struggles in Ukraine continuing to affect members of our team, we do not have the assets to be able to split the team across multiple projects.
Exciting news Digital dreams are thinking about putting the scrapped dinosaurs from dinosaur hunter HD and reborn and will ad more areas to the game and more weapons and some DLC in the future any ways
Also I never knew the same people who made Mfl made this definitely gonna support there future games, but I only tried the trial for this game gonna buy fs though

would be cool if they added a ice age map to it as well with all the ice age related mobs. i want to hunt sabretooth tigers, yetis, wolves, and mammoths again.
I love carnivore dino hunt game! I give it 10 stars and two thumbs-up. However it kindly needs more guns and dinosaurs: Velociraptor, Dilophosaurus, Baryonyx, Spinosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Allosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Troodon, Compsognathus Pachycephalosaurus, Brontosaurus, Staurikosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus, Lambeosaurus, Edmontosaurus, Daspletosaurus, Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Saurosuchus and Carcharodontosaurus.
Digital dreams if you're listening. It also needs a nice hunt theme arena DLC. Mine and everybody's favorite, Jurassic Park. I love those movies. First movie is always the best ever in history!

I hope tatem starts to update the mobile carnivore games . 1 I hope they change the new dinosaur models . Thay changed the new dino textures but not the models for example the iguanadon . Its new texture looks like the old models but its body does not look like the art that zdenĕk burian drew of the dinosaur . So make the iguanadon drag its tail and be a lot more fatter and I hope thay do it to other dinosaurs like the utahraptor troodon gigantoraptor and etc 2 they should add new dinosaurs but make sure to them slowly and look at the old ones so we do not get the old new dimosaurs before the texture update . Like the new dinosaurs I want in carnivores dh 5 dilophosaurus. Thay already have the texture maybe they could alter the texture a lilttle bit and they could have it be on allosaur ai . 4 the brontosaurus . I plan it to be a dagerous herbivore in the same style as iguanadon and chamosaurus and it will be slow but deadly and it will be the only herbivore in the sameline as the ceratosaurus and t rex.

The new dinosaurs? There are not any new dinosaurs yet what I meant is they might go onto the Files and put unused stuff that reborn and HD had including new dinosaurs and the game is running on a unity engine so that means that the game can get continuous updates

DDE, I really hope you can add like a text file where u can edit the settings like add your currency, edit dinosaur stats.. like Carnivores 2 on the _res files!
This is the best thing you can add because it's really fun to do or use. i mean, instead of downloading TRAINERS, you can add an edit file because we are the owners of the game so why not have something so we owners of the game(not developers, i meant customers) should have our own edit files

Also, finally having the Carnivores experience on consoles that have never before had access to the Carnivores series, opening up the experience for a whole new generation of hunters. Please, please, please make it a thing to be able to add a scope on the standard rifle. You can't give me my favourite weapon without a sniper scope. Your probably thinking "Use the Sniper Rifle", but I love the design of the standard rifle. I think wood looks really nice on guns. It's perfect, it just needs a scope.
This is literally the 2015 Steam Game being resold on new consoles.

They mainly fixed up the technical issues from Reborn and, if the base game does well, they will be adding the scrapped dinosaurs that were supposed to be in Reborn.

You must not have really paid attention. They fully plan to update the game add new items and weapons
Oh so basically carnivores hd remastered
3 it will be a ambient animal and it will be the mosasurus. It would kill hunters and dinosaurs that get into the sea and to far. It would take two shots from the rifle to kill itbut it will take nine shots from the other weapons. 2 is a dinosaur that burian drew. And it is the stracosaurus and it will be a little bit more dangerous. 1 the alanqa and quetzalcoatlus . The alanpha will be a lot more docile then the quetzalcoatlus. It will take four or three from most weapons but with the rifle revoulver and sniper rifle take one shot . But the quetzalcoatlus will take five shots from db shotgun rifle sniper rifle and revoulver.

I absolutley love this game! Bought PS4 and X Box versions so can play it anytime. Are we getting anymore dlc or updates, would really like some more dinosaurs or maybe even a new environment.
Unfortunately I believe this game is no longer the main project the company is working on anymore and the game is scrapped entirely... I wish I was wrong.

Because first the dinosaurs in the roster is kinda limited, second it make us have a goal instead of, well.....hunting dinosaurs without a goal or reward, it will eventually be boring and that’s the issue that I faced with the mobile’s carnivores, no matter how many dinosaurs you have..... you could check out saurian target’s video and you would prob see my suggestion if you sort the comments by newest first, it’s only a suggestion, not forcing anyone to make it.And here’s saurian target’s video to see my comment sorted by newest first ruclips.net/video/FAJ38vlPwYQ/видео.html
I played it I have both ice age and regular on my iPad I just played this one yesterday deserves a game of the year award I frickin love it
Unfortunately the official fan community hates HD and Reborn, and since this is the EXACT SAME GAME, I assume they’ll hate this too
This game is basically an exact copy of Carnivores HD/Reborn with some small steps forwards AND backwards (some fixes, but also a fair bit of removed content in a game that already lacks content)... so not really worth buying until there’s some new content or substantial improvements. Also, this game is about 7 years too late on PS4/Xbox One, those consoles are now considered last gen.
There is new content coming how do you so many people not expect this like come on

I asked the devs about the two dinos. They said they are still coming to the game as well as the scrapped dinosaurs from Reborn.

I bought the PlayStation 4 version a few days ago and it‘s literally the best dinosaur hunting game ever. It always was, even before the Ps4 version came out.

I remember Carnivores ice age had a bigfoot or something as a monster, which was extremely hard to kill but was a lot of fun. This doesn't have such monsters right?
