As you can see at 0:29, she's using Precious Metal Clay, made by Mitsubishi. I'm not sure what you mean by 'also', there isn't isn't any other substance being used. Yes, the *Precious Metal* Clay has silver - a precious metal in it. One glance at the price will confirm that fact! You seem unfamiliar with PMC basics. There's lots of starter videos on YT, so it might be a good idea to start there as you need a decent grounding in the basics, given the price of PMC...
