Hi Casey I have one of these boards and its all working but the Hard drive started throwing me a black screen. I downloaded a custom 2 player upright image and that works fine but I need a list that will work on a 3 sided cocktail machine. I contacted your customer service as was told that you do not have lists available at all. Please can you help me out as you have stated in your video that you have nearly all of the lists.
How are the dip switches supposed to be arranged for home use I was able to quit by using 1p and the a button. messed with the settings like a idiot now can’t quit to list. Unless I press the esc button on the board:( Help please!!
Hi Casey, thanks for making your videos, i have the newer green board, it was all working fine, then one day I turned it on and the fan did not start, it kinda stuttered then went, but after 2 mints it smelt hot and turned its self off. any ideas?
Hi Casey, I ordered a custom multicade arcade cabinet (older blue board with both power connectors)from a vendor locally who is no longer in operation. I have had the unit for 10 yrs and have only had to replace the hard drive once. The unit has recently started to freeze in the middle of playing a game. It doesn't go to black screen or blue screen just leaves the last image on the screen. I tried the zip tie fix as my fan was loose but that didn't fix the issue either. I am thinking that it is my hard drive but I am open to other suggestions.
HELP NEEDED.... hi my 2019 in one started to freeze and get blue screen of death. As it was happening after about 20 mins. I think it possibly could of been heat paste. Unfortunay the soldered wires came off the parrelell port. Can you please check one of your to see are they in normal order as the 2 wires on the left seem bent and twisted as if the go to the right... The rest seem straight. Can you please check yours, many thanks Scott
I'm just getting a blank screen with a bunch of horizontal black lines across the screen. I've checked every cable and they're all plugged in and connected strong. Know what could be wrong?

Hopefully i am correct in guessing that this kind of board is a PC that has been converted into a JAMMA arcade system?

I have a question about JAMMA boards I have a 3000 game elf and i want to save the high scores is there any way i can do that?

Hi, if it is a custom build it is 2 to 4 weeks at the moment, if you want custom artwork you could add a week to that.
