@bobleeswagger3765 personally I would go with a Pandor's box DX Special. There will be a new version of the 10th anniversary that will work with a trackball. If you must have GT then cheese are the better choice for sure, get the one with the most games!
Hi. I have the 2019 on one board in an arcade cab. In the original book it says you can back up the hard drive. But don't really make sense. With the translation. Can you explain how to back up the drive incase of hdd failure... Hope you can help. Many thanks
Hi Scott, if you can get it to work it basically clones itself to the new drive. It will have to be a drive that is the same size and format or larger. eg. (IDE) 80 Gig or bigger to do the job. The instructions are cumbersome and I have never actually done it. I personally just clone it from my desktop computer using cloning/imaging software you can download for free like WinDisk 32 Imager. That is a way safer bet than trusting the Ghost software on an old Windows NT platform.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa thank you for the quick response bud I have 2 machines At 2019 on 1 with same boards a d another one with 2100 in 1 with the newer ssd type... The one in the black metal case Not sure if your aware. Common faukt these when the stop working is the ram... I've saw it on both types.. Just wouldnt boot up. Replaced ram and violla.. I'm actially thinking of adding a pi or odroid to the 2019 in 1. Basically get jamma extention So I can swap between the game King and pi... Any idea what best to go from jamma to raspberry pi. Another question. Has anyone tried to add a game to it. Might be a long shot but if I say replace 88 games with space harrier but rename space harrier rom name to 88 games. And change the screen shot image to space harrier but still call it 88 games. Do you think it would trick the system onto thinking space harrier is 88 games, and boot the game.. I assume you can't just add an extra game... Or can you... Thanks again Ps great video..
I am sorry but no, this is not how it reads the files. Even though it has a Mame structure to the emulation, they have programmed it with such convolution that even changing 1 file name can render the drive useless. It is actually all in Chinese so will have to convert it to English first. Make a backup before you make any changes as they are fairly delicate with file changes as I mentioned. There are a few people who have hacked these systems successfully that have shared how to do it here on RUclips, check them out first if that is the direction you want to take. Good Luck!
@@RetroactivearcadeCa I'll deffo try to clone the drive one way or another...that's why I thought replacing some like 88 games as I don't play it. Replace it with space harrier but still call it 88 games. What got me thinking is if you check the game cavelon it has different screen shot and the game isn't cavelon its something else.. And it like it on both my systems... I've already put the hdd into a pc as a 2nd drive so can read the files...as the folders etc are in English Wouldn't do it to the original drive tbought only on a back up cloned drive so if you knacker it can just raeburn it

will a USB joystick work on a 3016 in 1 Board
Can I connect straight to the vga from the board to monitor? Or do I still need a cga to vga converter board
If your monitor has a VGA input then you can connect it directly. If not then you need the CGA converter
how can I buy XXXX Games Family 3016 board kit

Does this support standard resolution 15hz arcade monitors?
These boards are hit and miss. The old versions did but I an sure the newer ones do not.
