Awesome as always! Yes, sad day for USA. I was at work in a beer factory and in the break room when it was announced over the TVs. Full room and everyone upset. God bless the families of all affected. God bless America!
Thank you so much Karen for being so good hearted and gracious. Every American remembers that day, and remembers where they were in that exact moment. Many things have happened in our country , and this is one of the events that will never be forgotten. I long for the day where our world will have peace, I long for the day that Martin Luther Kings words will come true......"when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestant and Catholics will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: Free at last, free at last, Thank God almighty, we are free at last." Thank you so much for being so generous with your recipes and techniques. I've been watching you for years, and you are one of my favorite creators!
I had just brought my 6 year old to school and put my baby back down to sleep when I started folding laundry and turned on the TV to find out country under attach. I ran upstairs where my husband was watching and we both sat overwhelmed with sadness as we watch the second tower get hit and stunned when they both came down. I live in Connecticut and many many first responders went as fast as the could to help. I will never forget how that day felt. Never forget! ❤️🇺🇸🕯
You have such a good heart Karen. Thanks for your kind words regarding 9/11. I come from a family of firefighters and police officers and have many friends that are as well. Some were sent to help with the disaster and many that went to help now battles demons of their own after what they saw and many are now being diagnosed with cancer due to working around all the debris and chemicals. 😥 I was in school to become a teacher that day and it seems like yesterday. I have to relive it every year in teaching my students what happened that day, but they do need to know about the tragedies of the past in hopes we are not doomed to continually repeat them. Thank you for all you share - these BB's turned out amazing! 💗
I found out on my way to work, too. It was on the radio. I remember thinking, this will change everything. I still get chills when I think about it. PEACE to all.
Thank you so much for those kind words. It was truly a devastating time in America. I was on vacation in the mountains and was absolutely shocked. I happen to walk into a little country store and they were watching it on TV. I thought it was a movie until I saw people crying.
Thank you so very much for thinking of all the loss suffered on 9/11. I never thought I would experience anything like it in my lifetime. And even today as you said it breaks my soul just as much today as it did 20 years ago. I value your videos immensely and thank you for so generously sharing them. Xo
Truly enjoy tour videos. I’m the only one up late at night watching in my home. I sent an email through your website. I was in high school when 9/11 happened. Very tragic😟😟😟
I remember 9/11 like it was yesterday. My boyfriend at the time sent me an early morning text that said “America has had the s#@t blown out of it, turn the tv on.” I went to work that day as a teacher and everyone was just devastated. We were terrified that the school would be attacked, which seems a little odd now, given that we were in a suburban high school in Australia. I’ve been watching the specials about it on tv over the last couple of days, and it’s just so unbelievable in the truest sense of the word. Life changed forever that day. Much love to all.
i like the color it looks like tequila sunrise. it look very fruity or hawiian. very calming colors. theres this drink at a fast food i used to like. i think it was called a sunrise cooler or something. it was orange juice, i think it was cherry flavor, sprite, and lime. or lemon lime soda in place of sprite. thats what these remind me of. or a kids shirley temple drink.
Hi Karen, beautiful spinning going on there, love that....can I ask, can you use any water based liquid dye, such as the ones you can use for cooking and coloring fondant, or does it have to be a special bath bomb colorant? Thank you in advance....Lynn
I was in my room at college, my roommate’s friend burst through the door screaming “How can you be asleep!? They’re bombing the pentagon!!!” I got to a TV (none in the room) just as the first tower fell on the news. Classes were cancelled, we all sat around at the church offices seeking any kind of answers and comfort from each other. It really did seem like the world had stopped turning. Thank you for the video, and thank you for thinking of us, your neighbors here across the pond. 🥰
Hi Karen, I was at home & about to head out to meet up with friends, it was so heart breaking & couldn’t believe what was happening! Thank you once again for showing your amazing heart & commenting on 9/11 at the end of your video Karen! 🤍
yes, i cant remember where i was for sure. i think maybe i was at work. anyway, i definately remember calling my brothers wife, and asking if they were all right. and telling them i love them. she was on her way to pick up her son, my nephew at school. they had let them out. i remember crying some too. it was a very scary and heart breaking event. thinking of all the people that died. in our life time we had never experienced bombing warfare in our country. i often think of people in other countries now, when i see it on tv about bombings being a regular thing in other countries at times. how it might affect them. its so sad to see such pain, and suffering on this beautiful planet of ours. we need GODS kingdom for sure, to change things for the better, permanently. ive been praying about it.
Hi Karen, I was scrubbed up for an operation at the Evelyn hospital in Cambridge, and one of the staff came into theatre and told everyone what happened 😔😔😔😔😔
Just gorgeous! As for 9/11 I was getting ready to drive my bf to work and instead he had to report to the Army National Guard station.. he was in the guard at the time
Awesome as always!
