it doesnt give you rewards outside of IS, but it will unlock you some artifacts to make it easier

Any Ending isn't needed for any special reward or Medal, but they unlock special node for next ending that giving a good Loot like Hope +3 and Artifacts which make your IS run become easier
3rd and 4th ending should give you more exp at the end, since they're one floor longer. Otherwise do whatever you want to get to lv170.
