Took me about a half hour to make my way through the video. Matching arm and leg movements was a challenge, especially the exercise with alternating legs forward to diagonal, back to center, straight behind, back to center. I will have to keep trying to move more smoothly. Thank you for this practice.

Great examples of balance exercise but a little too much for me to do at this time. Maybe I'll get stronger enough to be able to try these. Balancing exercises are challenging to those of us without a lot of stamina. My home PT is doing similar Balancing exercises with me now. Although I've made some progress, I'm still not strong enough to them correctly. Thank you for sharing these.
Great moves - could use more varied arm movements (not so many bicep curls).
Great workout, as always. But I agree with others here. The music was not quite right for this particular video.

Turn off volume
