Still love mine, I don’t own a laptop but I slipped an armor plate in the laptop slot so I can protect myself or a family member better.

Nice review George D! What I would be looking for is a zipped pocket in the admin section for safe keeping of maybe some cash, my passport or similar i.e. stuff that I don't want 'floating' around in the bag when it has been upside down.

Been searching for a good replacement backpack. I've owned TB2 bags for camera gear so the brand isn't new to me. I was concerned about the size as it's a bit taller than my current bag but overall slimmer. I won't be able to pack as much, but I also hate how fat my bag would get. A thinner more rigid design may be the way to go for me.
This bag is now old stock and getting heavily discounted, picked it up based on your review for $29 shipped, brand new. Thoughts? Plan on using it as a light EDC for work (carry it about 15 mins a day). I like your reviews though, so I had to like and subscribe!

Love the ample pockets and space, but not a big fan of the design. Does anyone have any recs on backpacks with a similar pocket/panel style, but a bit more stylish? I'm heading off to college soon and ya girl's gotta look nice

George, I have a question. Which side of shoulder do you use when you carry a backpack only with one shoulder?

@@GeorgeDEFINED I use left shoulder (left handed) and vertical zippered quick access front pocket on the right side is not good for me. I am looking for a perfect backpack and I am just curious while watching your video especially the timbuk2's. see ya again!

George DEFINED got it yesterday, it works very well, the pen holders hold my flashlight, my spyderco baliyo pen, and a kabar spork. Slapped a pair of tweezers in there, a microfiber cloth and a multitool. And also a bottle of hot sauce of course. Other than that it’s whatever I feel like bringing. Clip my work gloves to the u lock holder

@@GeorgeDEFINED lolz, "15" laptop" usually refers to ar500 or better steel or ceramic plates. This is the school shooter protection backpack.
