those broken studs on the exhaust,weld a nut on to what is broken off and then take the torch and heat up the surrounding area that the broken off bolt is in. it might take a couple of attempts

When I was a kid, I worked a time helping a tiler. That was before plastic. We laid cement, and you had to place each tile in the shoot, so I went through a lot of leather gloves. Good job!
You can get a left handed drill set, and drill out those broken exhaust bolts. In my experience, since the drills are left handed, they will unscrew the sheared bolt once they bite in. If they don’t then you can follow up with an EZ-out tool using the hole you just drilled into them.
