at the end of the day it's all experimenting with colours, jigs, shapes, UVs...and lot lot lot of luck cause we don't see, don't know what's in the waters we fish from the shore.
Thanks Markos. It's been very useful this mini 3rd session. Have noticed that with bright light conditions some strong UV jigs work surprisingly well, especially the pink zebra glow needle fish jig. Scored all predators with it, bonitos, albacores, AJs, blacks...at full daylight.

Μπράβο Μάρκο χρειαστείκε το βίντεο αυτό γιατί έχω αρκετά πλανοι με uv και άξιζε να το δω... Αλλά το θέμα είναι ότι εδώ στο νησί Μήλος Κυκλάδες δεν έχει βαθειά νερά όπως σε άλλα μέρη. Το μεγαλύτερο βάθος είναι 20 μέτρα εκεί μπορείς να βάλεις uv? Η μόνο έντονο χρώμα και φυσιολογικό

Luckily not yet. Pufferfish are still on the southern and eastern parts of Greece. I am located mostly in central Greece

How the heck are you always getting bites on the Fall. Only like 2 fish in the last 50 where on the fall what am I doing wrong that they hate my falling jigs. ( using the 100 Gramm needle) HOW 😂
Maybe your braid, leader, assist hooks are wrong and they force your jig to go straight down rather than flutter. Maybe yoru last hit, before open the bail, (I hope you do open the bail on the fall) is strong enough to flutter the jig... All these are comming on a video soon! 💪
@@MarkosVidalis thanks for the response yeah of course I’m opening my bail, somehow the fish In my region seem to like the fast swimming bait rather than the vertically falling. Really weird honestly.
@@MarkosVidalis and I have one more Question, i usually target Amberjack with 0.80-1.0 mm Fluro and only the smaller ones seem to take my lures up to like 2 Kg and using lighter leader 0.50-0.60 I get bigger ones like 4+ KG do you think that is just random or are the larger Amberjacks a lot more leader shy? Did you have something similar happen to you?
