When I was a kid, it's pretty common in Asia finding junk food with trading cards or toys of animes. I didn't know it's still in Japan. Well, they're the originators of this after all. Awesome contents Meli that's why you're my favorite Otaku. 😁😘

When Meli sneezed, that was cute :). By the way, I got some items from the Gundam Cafe and the Gundam Base, but mostly non-kits and items not available in our country. The friction pen I got at Narita airport though, the Akihabara souvenir shop.
the toothpick thing is like a pin you used to hang it in the hollow wall. you knot the rope in whole in the toothpick. like the videos! keep it up

At gundam cafe in Akihabara you should visit the toilet. I spent quite some time in there, not doing any business but playing with the light and sounds of gundam ignition in it! LOL!

Loving the clear acrylic Char Aznable stand and notebook. Was Young Ramba Ral available. Great Coaster. Use apron when building Gunpla to hold the Godhand. Google Translate works great. Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 is coming to North America.

Reason why they put cookies/candies with cards/toys is so they are able to sell it in the candy/sweets sections instead of the toy section that regular people might not go to.
Also markets or connivence stores might not have toy sections

I think the cup o noodle gundam is missing the kit i do believe i seen the same one and it had a plastic blister pack type deal on the top .if it is missing the kit you should eat old noodle......

That "toothpick" is for hanging the banner. yes.
drill hole in a wooden beam or something of the sort (at an angle pointing towards the sky so the "toothpick" doesn't fall) then hang the banner. makes it look better instead of modern takes.

Hi, going to Osaka next month. Any great place to visit as a gundam freak over in osaka?
Yodobashi near Umeda osaka station. Bottom floor. It has improved over the years. Its Models galore Gunpla and other animes including military models and vehicles. Video games. Every kid and geeks wet dream.
The toys come with the food, not the other way around. Over time the toys have got more complex and much improved, and the food has become less prominent. The toys were originally included as a premium to promote the food, just like you used to get toys in cereal in the US, before Health & Safety laws ran wild. Those same laws are why you can't have Kinder Eggs in the US, despite them being best sellers around the world...

plug a hoover to the bottom of the case to syphon the dust out
