Nice playing and demo man! It reminds me a lot of MATT SCHOFIELD, I mean the Matt of the Free The Tone Pedal and the Live At The Jazz Café sound you know... Got so inspired by that... It took me 10 years to perfect "All You Need", that's some serious blues lesson! Besides the Glasio is an amazing pedal, I keep coming here and listening to this demo. I actually ordered one to combine it with my Maz 18 2x12... I think it will sound spectacular!
@@HittinTheBlueNote oh yes, for me too. He blends the best of B.B.King, Albert Collins and Robben Ford together in a unique character and phrasing without being redundant or kitschy… He plays jazzy phrases but they’re actually not… Very very inspiring! He’s THE best in Europe…
Just got this pedal. Left side is amazing. Right side I find a little harder to dial in, seems te cut low end a lot. You only use it stacked, at the same time?
Right side works pretty good with bridge pick up. I use left side for rhythm guitar and dynamic tone for little blues phrasing and then stacking both channel when I need smooth tasty tone for read guitar. Stacking both side plus bridge pick up for the win!
If you want to be sounding like Matt , I recommend you to transcribe his phenomenal blues solos. I don’t think Gladio brings you someone’s own voice. Gladio is Gladio it’s amazing overdrive pedal ever made , no TwoRock or no Matt Schofield. If you look for Matt Schofield’s tone , Classic Reverb Signature and Pedals that Matt has used so far can help you. But Matt’s tone is all about his hands he’s just too good.
@@HittinTheBlueNote I agree wholeheartedly, maybe I should have phrased my question in a different way - do you prefer the Gladio to the Supreme? Have you tried stacking them?
@@markokrstanovic3444 I haven’t tried stucking them. Gladio with comp and jazz rock switch is versatile than Supreme. Tone wise both pedals sound excellent. I enjoy playing them. Supreme is clear and pure tone both channels work fantastic for every pickup position. Gladio is fatter and smoother when especially both channel stacked for bridge pick up. They are discontinued so I recommend you to get them.
I love both pedals. Gladio is on my latest pedalboard at the moment! Gladio is going to be discounted I recommend you to get one before price going crazy. It sounds and looks amazing! My Supreme is so special because I brought it from my hero Matt Schofield himself. I feel like I’ve got real Blues Power with it!!
Nice sound! Love your playing style.

Matt is the best blues man for me.
You can’t go wrong with the Gladio!

Dude! Truly amazing playing and sound amazing too!
Btw, what amp are you running into here?
Two Rock Classic Reverb Signature
This is a great pedal! I'm sure you saw the Imperivm dual pedal with the Antique and Gladio SC combo pedal is now available though not cheap.
Gladio is going to be discounted so I brought one. That new one also looks and sounds mighty fine!
@@HittinTheBlueNote Yes, the new one looks and sounds great. I didn't know the Gladio is going to be discontinued; such an excellent pedal.

Can you get a Matt Schofield/Two Rock tone with the Gladio?

Killer tones! Which do you prefer, the Gladio of the Mad Professor Supreme?
