Blue Collar 2 is designed to be a very quick and relatively easy short term coating that you can simply mist or spray to apply. Its made up of polysilazane and offers some durability boosts to painted surfaces ( 5H ) , UV protection, as well as a significant boost to shine and gloss.
Disclaimer: Bigger bottle sizes are designed to refill the 4oz bottles, dabber caps not included for larger bottle sizes
The best way to apply Blue Collar 2 is to spray into a damp microfiber towel and buff out paint in a 3x3 section, then follow up with a dry microfiber towel and wipe away all the excess coating till its completely invisible and move onto the next panel. Let cure minimum of 4 hr. Keep out of rain and free flowing water until cured. Top with Blue Collar 3 and enjoy!!

Love the BC2 Brian. I've used it on cars, trucks, campers and a boat! Super easy with great results. I also took your advice and used it on the hard top of a new Jeep Rubicon with excellent results. Will be stocking up soon!

Glad to hear of the revisions, bought two bottles of BC2 but only got to use it once on a friends car, before they both ended up turning into jelly while in storage after a few months at room temp

I inquired with Carzilla here in Calgary and they informed me they'll be getting this new Version 2 in the next couple of weeks, which is perfect timing! Bought a new car last fall and I can't wait to get this on it. There isn't a ton of trim on this car (Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV) but I love what BC2 does to plastic as well as paint. Planning on coating my wheels with it too. My first Apex product and I can't imagine it will be my last. Really happy we can get this stuff up north here.
I lost 2 bottles last year due to gelling in the heat. That was on my, I should've stored it inside with my other ceramic products. I did purchase a third and installed it on my brother's SUV. He loved it, Said it kept his Black car so much cleaner.
Mine actually pressurized from the heat and when degassed from opening the cap it solidified right in front of me. Should have kept mine in the fridge or a cooler place i suppose

A Great and fun product and I like the longer shelf life because I have a 1/2 bottle that crystallize fairly quickly even with the cap on and in a cool environment. I May try it again after I finish with the phoenix version.
So glad to hear about the improved bottles/packaging. Sadly, I didn't get to try my BC2 bottle. It swelled up while in storage, and when i finally went to use it, the bottom of the plastic bottle shattered.
I bought the BC combo set, and tried BC1 and 3 first, and was finally getting around to detailing my engine bay after seeing your how-to video.
It works great, I applied it last year and held up for the full year and some months before it was gone. I live in central California surrounded by almond fields they spray them with chemicals by tractor and plain. Bc2 held up great against that and through out the year. 🍺

I know this is a preference but myself I rather have a 1 year coating that can be reapplied every year.

Did my car with bc1 last year awesome product easy to apply insane gloss. Been using bc3 as my drying aid since we did the bc1.
Sadly i never got chance to try my bc2 as the bottle split and the product crystallised made a right mess of the shelf.
The bottle had never been opened was still sealed..
Can u keep the atomizer sprayer on? Or will it crystallize

I'm afraid my BC-2 Gel'ed up, However i did put some into a Glass compact sprayer before, and that portion remained useable.
Just curious, do you know how old the BC2 was? I just reopened a bottle that used back on 9-6-23, and it’s still in good shape. I think Brian said it’s good for a year after opening.

It's about a year old, roughly, maybe 7 months old ??. As stated, I took some and put it into a glass sprayer, and it's still good.
I also have a bottle of BC-1, that I kept at room temp, and I taped the bottle with electrical tape and it's still good.

No, the label hasn’t changed. The way to tell the difference is when it was purchased from the website. If it was purchased before/during October of 2023 then it’s the old formula. If it was purchased anytime after November of 2023, then it’s the new formula
