@@littlesword3Im personally here at the moment for two months or maybe more, but the way I did it is that I moved to my mom’s place in Dublin for a few months so I don’t have to pay rent, worked as much as I possibly could, save up as much as I can, and now here I am, living off of that money. I could manage to save up around 4k in two months and with my simple skate/smoke/paint lifestyle, for me it’s enough for about 2-3 months rent plus money to spend on a basic budget. One of the best decisions I made this year!

barcelona really is unbelievable. in one day i skated plaza universitat and the whole lrg team skated up. skated a few blocks to macba and sebo walker was there skating. that night went to Diagonal and it was pretty much empty. guy skated up with his hood up and had that style you could tell he was good. did fakie front half cap nose manny first try. took his hood off. it was mark suciu. never forget that day. my apartment was 1 block from universitat. was a great summer

I rap in a blues rock band and there was thousands of kids from all over who knew me and this Texas sound I have which was mind blowing! That should tell you how diverse Barcelona is! It’s the greatest city in the world! The only place I’d ever live outside of Texas!
I came here for Spannabis last March and have come back for three weeks this year because it’s so amazing. Trying to make plans to move here for the Winter when work is quiet back home!!

I'm jealous of countries like this. You can literally count the skateparks on your fingers in my country plus architecture here sucks. We often skate/ride bmx on flatgrounds plus our diy obstacles. I'm going to visit barcelona one day to ride.
I mean there are spots to skate everywhere, but not the same mood. At the end of the day there are 3 or 4 spots where you know you'll go and find people to hang out and skate with, why go to a random place alone when you can party and skate 24/7 in the same place!
There actually wasn't a crazy amount of spots like it was hyped up to have and no not all the streets are super skateable it can get pretty run down and rough to ride or slate around macba is perfect all the hype is real
