He is crisp, articulate, well researched - clarity of thought. he is blooming so well in BJP. that's the problem of congress. they just cannot see beyond the Gandhi family and need to tow the line. you cannot win elections today unless you are really performing and delivering at the ground level. BJP is doing it. Yes they might not have succeeded in delivering everything to everyone. The reservations are given to SC/ST and OBC to compensate the years of social disadvantage they suffered due to birth. It has been said very clearly even in 1950 that reservation cannot be on the grounds of religion. Congress has repeatedly tried to denote ALL Muslims based on their religion as OBC, most recently in Karnataka. This has been challenged in the courts and courts have refused to allow such religion based reservations. That is what Amit Shah was talking about. However there is another category of reservation called Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation. Here the only criteria for availing this reservation is your family’s economic situation. A poor Brahmin can get it and so can a poor Muslim. A Muslim will not be denied reservation under EWS category. Shah has explained this in detail. So did you not understand it or were you being dishonest and peddling an agenda?

Liked the podcast, Shehzad is so articulate. Sharp and on point with facts. But I would expect that if this is a podcast on politics, the host should be aware of the current affairs but he seems rather too naïve, clueless and still a bit prejudiced.

Shehzad is a perfect example of what's wrong with the Congress. How could the party punish and throw out such a brilliant talent? They should have immediately recognized his skills and talent and nurtured him by giving him additional responsibility. If they cant cherish and take advantage of amazing talents like Shehzad, no wonder the Congress party is in the state it is in today. I am glad he joined BJP and is thriving. Such a talent should never be wasted.

India is not China which has a mouth piece... Speaking from experience who have been in the field of electronic journalism for more than half of a decade now I can say that for an interview the courtesy should be given where it's due and in case of an interview the interviewee should know about the issues to be covered in that particular interview so that the interviewee prepares for the interview with related facts and data... Just like in any examination the aspirants are aware of the curriculum.. Now you could call it scripted if that suits you.. Anyway follow up questions on the issues of interview are spontaneous... only a dumb or an unaware person can come up with such hilarious argument of scripted interview.

The anchor should have done a better research before speaking to one of the best spokesperson of BJP . He had no clue on most of the examples given by Shezad . Shezad’s best podcasts are with Smita, the sham show and sushant’s show

I was nearly about to subscribe, but after watching this dostcast, I felt like he wanted to be like Dhruv Rathee. He is trying to ignore the mistakes made by Congress, Mamata Banerjee, and others, and he is also painting them as victims. Yet, he strongly believes the BJP is completely wrong (the way he talks, frustrated left-winger who doesn't feel connected to the BJP right-wing), without even realizing that Congress and other Indian alliances are often wrong in many ways.

Shehzaad - just listening to him, and I learn a lot. He is crisp, articulate, well researched - clarity of thought. he is blooming so well in BJP. that's the problem of congress. they just cannot see beyond the Gandhi family and need to tow the line. you cannot win elections today unless you are really performing and delivering at the ground level. BJP is doing it. Yes they might not have succeeded in delivering everything to everyone. Results are there at the ground level. there is a section of people where modi's yojanas have made a difference. just look at Sachin Pilot - the guy is wasting his talent, energy and life in Congress, his political career is destroyed. The reservations are given to SC/ST and OBC to compensate the years of social disadvantage they suffered due to birth. It has been said very clearly even in 1950 that reservation cannot be on the grounds of religion. Congress has repeatedly tried to denote ALL Muslims based on their religion as OBC, most recently in Karnataka. This has been challenged in the courts and courts have refused to allow such religion based reservations. That is what Amit Shah was talking about. However there is another category of reservation called Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation. Here the only criteria for availing this reservation is your family’s economic situation. A poor Brahmin can get it and so can a poor Muslim. A Muslim will not be denied reservation under EWS category.
Shah has explained this in detail. So did you not understand it or were you being dishonest and peddling an agenda?

Quite suprised by the interviewer’s knowledge. I live abroad, but knew everything Shehzad spoke about. Maybe because I am interested in politics. But I am equally impressed by the anchor for admitting that he did not know of the incidents and was willing to learn, which is an exceptionally good quality.

Liked the podcast, Shehzad is so articulate. Sharp and on point with facts. But I would expect that if this is a podcast on politics, the host should be aware of the current affairs but he seems rather too naïve, clueless and still a bit prejudiced.
