Anyway, anyway, she's all fur coat and no knickers. She's only as good as she ought to be. This is so well observed. They remind me of my nan and her sister when I was growing up
The Pythons performed this type of routine back in the day which was great in its own way but Kevin Eldon and Paul Whitehouse are sublime, the performances and writing. Lovely stuff, fantastic.
Comic geniuses both both them. I love this compilation, it is great to see them all together. I love how mercilessly cruel they are to each other but are close "friends". Amazing satire, reminds me of the gossiping and insults of the first five years of so of Coronation street.
I showed this to my mother, who was a typist in the 50s. She didn’t immediately recognise it was meant to be humorous!
That's ace!!! 😆😆
blimey she'd be in her 90's now... how's her hearing, it is fast pace quips... bet she laughed when realised what it was about?
Kevin Eldon really gets into this role.
I can't think of a role Kevin actually struggles with.
Very similar to the cook in Knowing Me, Knowing Yule with Alan Partridge 😂😂
This is literally what call centres are still like
Without the acting like it's remotely interesting and worth selling things that nobody wants.

This is beyond brilliant, the two actors were fantastic and hilarious.

@@zoot69uk2001 Kevin Eldon is an under used comic talent that should be more well known. Mark Heap is another :)
@jonnyjabster hello Jackie, you look niiiiiiice....
@@JohnLloydDavis Kevin has done a lot in his career. He's the only person to have played two different characters in Game of Thrones.

My favourite bits were "Austin Attlee" and the town gas in the background behind the swings - very 1950s
I loved the 50s typists and women are still like this.
They are but it's all done on facebook....
Only tried for tops. Brilliant!
Brilliant!
Genius
anyway!.....
trying to drink coffee watching this, hilarious 🤣
funny cos they love each other really...
This is hilarious.
Was this written by Arthur Atkinson?
He'd not seen it anyway.
@@therespectedlex9794 Typist no.2 might be a very close relation of his.
@@neilsanghvi5229 I think so
Have you noticed the way only the two "women" are in colour?
😂😂😂
