Amy, such a pretty card, I love that I already have the embossing folder. Such a quick way to make a lovely card and the technique can be used for so many embossing folders.😊
Amy, such a pretty card! I have started to leave off the verse on a lot of cards I make until I’m ready to use it. I do usually leave a scrap of the colored cardstock I used with the card in case I want to use a word die with it. Oh, I use clear plastic envelopes to store all of the cards I make. That way, storing the scrap with it is easy. ❤️😊🐾🌵
Lovely! I'm with you... we NEED to use up all our scraps! I've tried the folders but just don't reach for them often enough. I'm using a 10 drawer rolling cart at this point. I reach for the colored cardstock all the time and I'm finally at a point where I should clean out all the "little" scraps and use or toss them.... and go through the bins in my "junk" room that I haven't had time to look through yet and see if they should be brought into my "prime real-estate" crafty area. The struggle is real! LOL
Amy, you saved me with this one. I haven’t been making cards lately but needed a sympathy card pronto for a neighbor. I used my one Altenew embossing folder with angled flowers (!) and copied your design. Colors, folder and sentiment were different, of course, but it came together so quickly in spite of being in a rut, thanks to you. ❤
It's lovely, Amy! thanks for sharing. Sometimes I struggle with the placement of the bling but you just dove right in with that glue! I wanna do that, haha. I need more confidence in placement. Oh, and I make and send cards all the time without a sentiment or even just a quote. I write inside with the main message.
Beautiful card!! I have been leaving the sentiments off some of my cards lately and can add one later on when I decide what I need it for. That's one of my favorite embossing folders!!😊
Amy,, What a beautiful card!! 3D embossing folders are awesome!! When I make a card I do not put a sentiment until I know who and why I am sending the card out!!
