The doomsday virus would make superman immune to kryptonite seeing the virus adapts to what would kill it.
Of course, but The Doomsday virus also adapts to remove all weaknesses, which in it's perspective also includes Superman's consciousness
But how though, Supermans cells are already insanely receptive to radiation so does it just turn all of it off and then he loses all his powers, or does the virus somehow know which wavelengths of radiation to block?
Superman will forever have that fear factor

I paused when you revealed Superman was becoming Doomsday. Great video but DC sucks big hairy ones for that. That implies all Kryotonians can become Doomsday's with the right push from some random filler villain. That should be taught in Bad Writing 101.
Remember there are different alternate universe in alternate versions of Marvel Comics superheroes Aunt from the dark Multiverse that is good evil and truly bad in the darkest

He they're not effected by doomsday plot armour than characters like hulk,thor,gor,knull,galectus, scarlet witch, phoenix and many more i believe.
Without lazy writing there is lots of characters that can beat doomsday in DC but because of him being Superman nemesis he is always protected from losing to other characters other than Superman
