You honestly don't have a clue than. Once in movement your won't create enough downforce to ''take away'' from the driving wheels, and in a corner, the action of braking will reload your front wheels with all the weight you need to steer. You either never studied how unstable a FWD vehicule with no rear downforce is or just have this wierd idea where the front end (where all the engine/transmission weight is) will suddenly fly off because of a 2 inch high spoiler.
Oh my god, what a change for the better! BUT I wanted to mention that those headlights will only last a month or a few, if you do not clear coat them or cover them in a special film, which was removed when polishing.
Well and truly saved this thing! Should do a driveline swap from an evo for awd goodness! I feel like that could be it's next evolution ;) (no pun intended)
It's track only so options are limitless! Wouldn't be to hard to fab up a tunnel. especially with their resources, Would love to see this thing smokign from the rear tyres ahah
Nice to see someone playing around with the same car I drove right out of highschool! Funny thing is I had a sedan first with the 1.8 SOHC in manual and then ended up selling that and getting a black coupe with the 1.5 SOHC in manual. BIG difference in torque even with such similar sized engines, so I went turbo like this. Mostly junkyard parts and a tiny old saab turbo. It boosted real early but fell on it's face around 5000 rpm but it was such a blast of a car! I still have an entire Evo 8 front subframe with all bushings, rack, spindles, struts, brakes, lca's and the rear end and subframe assbly also lol. I had plans to turn it into a mini evo, but I never got around to it before it got smacked into by a truck. Cool episode though guys. Keep it up and I'll keep watching :]

Would recommend a small wing, FWD track cars NEED some rear downforce, you dont want to slide and get snap oversteer trying to correct it. Fuuuuck it looks like a EM1 too lol
you're entirely wrong. More grip will always outweigh that little bit of drag when you are circuit racing. Drag racing, maybe, but not actual track racing, you dont need maximum speed in a corner, you need grip first

I actually think it looks better with the white interior, contrast between the two colors when you open the door is great. And it's more practical aswell. Take it from someone who owns a trackcar that's black inside and out, you want it white inside as it keeps the temperature down on Sunny days.

quick tip, to make keeping plastic headlights clear easier, when polished, spray the headlights with clear coat, that way it takes longer to fade, and when it does you can use automotive polish that you use for your car

The evolution of too sexy ever since you got it has amazed me because i got my car and it looked similar to what yours did repainted disgusting interior etc. I have a Lancer also that i swapped the 4G15 in it with a 4G93 1.8 that i fully rebuilt from ground up and i enjoyed it so much and it is awesome. You make me more proud of my Mitsi!
iamstd2 this is basically the new blue turd, Marty loves it and it's an amazing crappy car that everyone falls in love with. My brother had a blue '96 Toyota Tercel that everyone fell in love with when they drove it. Pretty much every Japanese 90s compact coupe/hatch is like that. People hate on them because they are slow, but every single one I have driven has put a smile on my face, they are just that much fun to thrash around in.

I have to say I own a 2006 Lancer Ralliart. Or known as Lancer VRX in Australia. A year a ago when 2sexy initially rolled up, I found myself offended, thinking here comes another Subaru owner to mock Mitsubishi's. A year later I can gladly say that I enjoyed watching the transformation that Marty has performed, I love the way the car turned out, and Marty has fully redeemed himself. Big thanks to Marty for restoring what is, in my eyes, not the best car, but still a dam good one. Thank you for taking that eye sore off the streets. That is not what we Mitsu owners are about.

that small wing is probably gonna cause drag - more problems than it will solve

Marty Congratulations man!!! Ive been watching MCM for ever when you where still working on cars in the driveway. The evolution of too sexy ever since you got it has amazed me because i got my car and it looked similar to what yours did repainted disgusting interior etc. I have a Lancer also that i swapped the 4G15 in it with a 4G93 1.8 that i fully rebuilt from ground up and i enjoyed it so much and it is awesome. You make me more proud of my Mitsi!

iamstd2 this is basically the new blue turd, Marty loves it and it's an amazing crappy car that everyone falls in love with. My brother had a blue '96 Toyota Tercel that everyone fell in love with when they drove it. Pretty much every Japanese 90s compact coupe/hatch is like that. People hate on them because they are slow, but every single one I have driven has put a smile on my face, they are just that much fun to thrash around in.

it does, but its much easier to cut it to shape from the outside, thats why he covered it in window cleaner so it wouldnt permanently stick
more of a muscle car guy myself but this car looks freaking sweet in my opinion. no need to put ridiculous stuff on it to make it look nice. sometimes less is more. this is super clean mitsu.

I have to say I own a 2006 Lancer Ralliart. Or known as Lancer VRX in Australia. A year a ago when 2sexy initially rolled up, I found myself offended, thinking here comes another Subaru owner to mock Mitsubishi's. A year later I can gladly say that I enjoyed watching the transformation that Marty has performed, I love the way the car turned out, and Marty has fully redeemed himself. Big thanks to Marty for restoring what is, in my eyes, not the best car, but still a dam good one. Thank you for taking that eye sore off the streets. That is not what we Mitsu owners are about.
