So what all do I need to fit my limitless v1 to V2? I bought a spool for a v2 and now I have issues finding drive shafts that fit. Help! Thanks I'm advance
@@RCexplained okay thanks! I currently have a stretched carbon fiber chassis already. I think I have to mess with the motor mount placement. I will replay the video till I get it done haha. I appreciate the quick reply!
Please help So basically I had recently bought one of these Spools for my Arrma felony and I know this comes from the V2 limitless. Now when I have purchased this type of spool I had gotten the stock two driveshafts that come with the v2 limitless.. further on I tried installing this setup onto my Arrma felony thinking it would fit but it doesn’t the center drive shafts are either too short or make this drive shaft not align correctly with the motor mount. Please help if possible I would like to know why they won’t fit case I would assume the stock v2 limitless drive shaft should fit since they both are short and for the rear of the spool there its longer, so I just wanna know what I need to buy maybe just confused.
Hi Chris. My recommendation would be to test the timing against your desired metrics. Either acceleration or top speed vs motor Temps. Find the balance that works for your setup.
I got more life and less slop out of arrmas original bearings which were metal shielded . Not sure if same on the limitless . I used rubber shield in 2050 blx motor and no way as good but that's my fault as uk motor bearings are generally better quality

Quite a bit. You will want to start with the chassis plate.

Great view. Interesting to see the differences. Thanks
Glad you found it interesting.
Please help

Great vid ryan, thanks for the comparison
Thanks Colin!
Dear Ryan, would you please consider explaining how to connect battery packs in series to an ESC? Thanks Chris Curry.
Here's an older video that may help.

@@RCexplained Thanks
Dear Ryan, have you done a video explaining motor timing on “X” and “Y” wind brushless motors? Thanks, Chris Curry

@@RCexplained Dear Ryan, thanks for your advice.
So by slowing it down the v2 is slower if u out the same set up in both cars ?
The center shaft will rotate slower but wheels will rotate at the same speed.
@@RCexplained ok so the v2 is faster I wanna do a drag set up but if it’s slower then the v1 limitless it’s no point to buy it
Great video Can you upgrade the ver1 with the ver2 spool ?
Not without modification and more parts.
Thanks for the reply so what do I need ?
@@angelpelcastre3328 if you don't move the location of the center spool, I think you'd need custom length shafts.
