Hi Robert. In answer to your question, I have an estimate (presupuesto) from an A/C company near Denia. For two MITSUBISHI hot/cold units as well as all the material plus labor, the cost is 2780 euros (that includes VAT). The Mitsubishi model is Electric MSZ HR 35.

The holes in the wall are for the refrigerant line "pipe" and drain. I live in the US and work in HVAC industry. You didn't over pay. The cost of installation is very inexpensive. My company would charge minimum $4,500 dollars. This includes the equipment, installation and electrician. We call those ductless splits in the US.

Hey there, I’m have been looking at your investment property in Spain video. I’m from the UK and looking to invest in property in Spain. So I’m guessing you do not live is Spain, you live in Munich? So as you are not living in Spain you leave the property managed by a management company? I am just wondering as I want to continue to live in the Uk but would like to invest in multiple property! Do you think this is possible and I would like your opinion, additionally I will going to Spain for holiday but not to live. Thanks x

Hi, I actually moved back to Spain permanently last year, so I am no longer living in Germany. But answering your question, yes, you can hire a property management company and they do everything for you. In my experience you can expect to pay between 250-350€/year for this service if you are talking about renting the property to long-term tenants (no short term stays). And yes, it is definitely possible to invest in properties in Spain but remain in the UK.
