Some Backyard Destruction

  • We have this old brick bbq on our patio that is showing signs of its age. It's all rusted out. The charcoal tray doesn't lift or lower anymore. It's time for it to go and open up some space for something new.
I hope you enjoy this fun little video as much as we enjoyed busting it up.

Back in Louisiana we used to have a BBQ like that. It was the best! The burgers our dad cooked on it were so juicy and smoky.
Why did you take it down? It wouldn't be hard to refurbish it. Little bit of wire brushing and a new grate.
A BBQ like that is built to last a lifetime.

This one was starting to fall apart. The lift system to move the charcoal higher or lower for heat control was rusted solid. The back was crumbling apart. I don't think it was built to last. And the fact that we would never use it. I like a bbq sure but I really like to cook over an open fire.

It's great to see that you guys are posting again!! Things seem to get very orgasmic in this video at the 2:40 mark, maybe sledgehammers are too much fun lol

LOL. That was definitely a fun part. I love to build and create but sometime destruction can be so much fun.

Little bit of constructive criticism, you never mention about hitting the subscribe button. The other channels I watch mention this every time and it helps to get your content out there with the algorithm. I like videos with jazzy music as well, but that is just me, something poppy and catchy.
Your BBQ was a nice addition to the yard, but I'm sure you have a better plan to replace it with something very interesting like a windmill for green energy or something.
Glad to see the channel is back

You know, we used to mention the subscribe and like but seem to have just gone away from it. I'm not sure why. As for the music, I usually put music in our videos but I just couldn't find anything that went well with this one.
The BBQ was falling apart and the workings were rusted solid. It's nice to reclaim that space.

@@daveacheson6785 Ah, yes, but then we run into copywrite issues. Finding suitable music is sometimes a hassle. I have a handful of descent royalty free tracks that I use.
