Ha...I remember the brother's..Joey and Johnny...when in Brunette...met them at the Foundation Forum convention and.... in SF bay area... at several rock clubs....saw them at some parties in LA...nice guys....we were all real young back in 1990....they were younger than me....I worked part time in promotions back then......Now it is 2022.....YIKES..it has been 32 years already.......OMG....I am a grand ma now over 69....woops.... Hope life has treated them good....
That was a really good album it's a shame it didn't come out a couple years earlier it probably would have been huge. I really wish they could have did a couple more albums together with Neal.
He is Johnny Gioeli, the lead singer of Hardline and yes, he's the same as the Crush 40 Gioeli. Actually, Sonic soundtracks feature a bunch of 80's rockstars like Ted Poley, Johnny Gioeli, Paul Shortino... great rock singers that should recieve more credit than they actually do.
