Fish oil with lots of Omega is good for inflammation. It's what your brain is made of. Try sneaking it in the lasagna if you won't take the pills. Why not. My mother used to sneak chopped liver in the lasagna.

5 months after my sister died, my mum and I went on a nile cruise, and whilst there it would have been my sisters birthday. We wanted to celebrate it somehow. After we'd been down to breakfast, we came back to the room and there were rose petals scattered all over the bed, so we scooped them up in a bowl and said a pray and scattered them in the river Nile. We knew she was with us. All my love 💓

Grief is such a horrible emotion to work through and you have showed us all the stages as you move to the other side of it. I can see your progress and it’s wonderful to witness. Thank you, it has helped as I work through my own griefs, Mother, brother, cats all within a year and while going through the ending of my marriage. My belief of them going home and having all those experiences again has been a huge comfort. ❤

❤❤❤ I am struggling with a lot ,at the minute to nicky ,my mind and body not my own ,so much pain and forgetfulness ,I wore 4 rings that was so special, for different reasons ,very sentimental, they were real solid gold ,and due to swelling and pain in my hands & fingers ,took them off ,then rinsed them ,dried them with toilet roll ,and wrapped the paper round them ,forgot, why I had toilet roll ,lying on the system, then flushed it down the pan ,been crying all night, as they were from my mum and other souls that had went home to spirit xxxxx❤

After having a medical procedure post breast cancer the nurse asked me if it was painful as many women experienced pain I said not really it’s uncomfortable but I wouldn’t describe it as painful she said that’s because you’re a happy person, being happy nulls pain. I am so amazed at how well you are doing whilst your grief is still so raw but it’s your beautiful smile that offers so much comfort and strength to others, I hope it’s because of all the love you experienced with Darren and all the love that surrounds you brings a peace that helps heal all your pain. I lost my partner almost 2 years ago and am desperate to move closer to my family and away from difficult neighbours. I am still grieving but getting through it. I couldn't believe each card as it came up as I am in the process of putting my house on the market and am quite anxious about finding the right home. I believed that my guides and angels are helping me through the process, and the cards just backed that up!

I have had a knee replacement but I was woken up with a strong smell of rosemary at 2am then just going down for my knee replacement I had a huge hand at the back of my head which I know both signs they were telling me I would be alright. After having a medical procedure post breast cancer the nurse asked me if it was painful as many women experienced pain I said not really it’s uncomfortable but I wouldn’t describe it as painful she said that’s because you’re a happy person, being happy nulls pain. I am so amazed at how well you are doing whilst your grief is still so raw but it’s your beautiful smile that offers so much comfort and strength to others, I hope it’s because of all the love you experienced with Darren and all the love that surrounds you brings a peace that helps heal all your pain. Keep smiling Nikki you are a light for others to follow 💫

Thank you Nicky, you are amazing. It is nice to see you gradually looking better, with love and support from the tribe. The card reading brought tears to my eyes, it was so bang on. I lost my partner almost 2 years ago and am desperate to move closer to my family and away from difficult neighbours. I am still grieving but getting through it. I couldn't believe each card as it came up as I am in the process of putting my house on the market and am quite anxious about finding the right home. I believed that my guides and angels are helping me through the process, and the cards just backed that up!

Nicky you are looking good. I have had a knee replacement but I was woken up with a strong smell of rosemary at 2am then just going down for my knee replacement I had a huge hand at the back of my head which I know both signs they were telling me I would be alright. It's nice to know they were given me their support and not alone. Lots of ❤ and healing to you love listening to you as you are a strong soul❤.🌹🙏
