No incapacitating dizziness but noticeable right along with a "buzzing" (not ringing) in the ears. I feel completely out-of-sync with the world and those who I love the most. Feeling quite the "watcher" of all that is happening and not really able to connect and talk about these experiences. Thank goodness for those here in these communities.

Thank you for confirming the ascension symptoms like ringing in the ear!! Since the super full moon on the 15th, my body has been bombarded. Very loud ringing in my left ear, sometimes even feeling out of balance, dizzy, and a bit of pain. I also feel sharp pain on left scalp, like I have been bit hard and injured! These updates and talks help explain so much, thank you.
My beautiful partner and l have been through so much on our awakening to this reality and who we really are. But Rebecca the comment about 'Shoes on fire' absolutely summed up our last few months navigating this reality on the way to our new reality is one of the most challenging aspects of it all. I love the humour of our Galactic family and it resonated so much with me and l thank you so much. Not only where my shoes on fire the flames had spread so l found myself fire fighting trying to balance the issue of this world and my spiritual world l lost perspective for a few months. I so relate to what Nancy says! For months I was looking for a job and then stopped. Then last week I saw a job listing, applied and was offered the job in less than a week - it’s like instant manifestation is suddenly happening and it’s soooo exciting! 🤩

This “holographic world” description is spot on for my experience. I awoke on 11/6 at 3:30 am and the phrase “timeline shift” was reverberating in my mind. I’ve felt in between timelines ever since, and my day to day reality is quite nebulous. Constantly changing but suddenly much less dense. Very surreal, but I’m able to relax and allow it more often than not with daily grounding and breathing through the heart space. So I’m more in calm than chaos, but I do have a lot of people around me (ie: husband and kids) that are navigating the frequency of chaos. What a weird and wonderful time 🙏🏻✨💓
I am not a "higher" person in so many ways. Maybe I thrive closer to chaos. I do feel exactly like I do not need to be triggered or anxiously focus on or feel like I have to wish hard for things to be different, but instead focus on the positive, local, collaborative work that is open for me and those around me. For example, after a hate-based march in a local community, instead of hand-wringing a group of black men leaders had their own march, speaking messages through the media that hate will not be tolerated, we are moving forward in solidarity, equality respect and community.
