The twins need to really consider getting recently DFA’d Harald Ramirez from the rays. He’s always hitting .300 it seems like and he can DH and play left field.
Don’t look now but the Tigers are only 2 games behind the Twins. A wild card spot is far from guaranteed.

I'm not sold twins will be a playoff team especially with these long losing streaks they go on . Need to limit those now they need to dominate these next few series to make up ground they should have that wildcard spot comfortably right now instead of only up a few games
Pittsburgh was a ‘softie’ and almost swept the Twins.
Calling this a “good team” is also disingenuous. We overvalue a lot of these guys. Kirilloff, Byron and Kepler and Jeffers coming down to earth. This lineup is just not striking fear in anyone
Consistently inconsistent, the perfect description of this team.
With all the passed balls, hit by pitches, errors, the Pirates gift wrapped this one. Never should have gone to extra innings.

Ross your a pod caster, you know what the Twins are to talk about them! Twins better get a darn good starter in a trade being 8 1/2 games back that’s ground to make up. They don’t need the wild card spot as that won’t get many wins in the playoffs. Find a pitcher that you can have for three years and want to be here winning and pitching hard.
Nothing will change until you find a manager and his coaches are replaced with managers that really try to find improvement.. the one game I was able to watch last week I watched hitters swing at pitches that the ump was calling balls all game. What’s up with that.?
Best of the worst teams isn't a bragging point, The Twins aren't a good team.
We need another good bad and atleast 1 good starter before the deadline before I’ll even consider we could win a playoff series
We are way beyond that point, we have no capability of competing against Cleveland or New York, we should be looking to make trades for good prospects at the trade deadline and loading up for next season as the Twins should have at least 40 million to play with in next off season free agent market.

The Twins are just a very mediocre team. It is NOT a great team. They’re better than the worst teams, but not in the same league as the top teams in the AL.
Can Baldelli. Has not clue 1 on how to manage a pitching staff. Hitting coach needs replacement as well. Find a retired player who batted .300 and had 20 + hr. Andre Dawson?... Eddie Murray? ... Dave Winfield?... Who is their hitting coach?? some complete hack that barely hit .210? Bob Euchre? Some other hapless hitter? Hell... hire a pitcher as batting coach.
Paul Molitor would be a good hitting coach. I believe he is currently employed by the Twins as a front office assistant.
