I wanna be like him when I`m 76 years old. Much respect!
I hope I am still riding at 76.
Iam 55 and just got a 2023 Zx10r. Seeing a 76yo riding gives me hope that I have lots more years and miles to ride.
55 and looking at one right now. On an S1000XR right now and want a bit more of a track focused bike for next year. Keeping that S1000XR though…
It’s a lot of bike for sure. That is why I ended up selling the Zx10r after a couple months. Way way too much for the street IMO. I have just as much fun on my R3. Good luck and be safe.
I'm an older rider too...riding 2021 ZX10. Love to see older riders ripping big azz Kawis👍. Check out my humble channel:

Amen. 60 year old here.
@@rob427ford full disclosure I sold it after 800 miles. Way way too damn fast.
He traveled a long way because he only trusted you guys😮 that's a heck of an honor
indeed
That guy is awesome for 76 years old 👏. Chris gets the most out of them.
gives ne hope in 55 rocking my ZX10R !
I'm 62, still riding. The best stress reliever ever ZX10 have fun!
Jim is an inspiration. I want to be his age still riding and having fun.
Helmets off to you sir! I hope to still be riding a sportbike when I'm 76. I'm 59 and Chris recently video feature dynoed my '96 SRAD. Be safe young man and BTW, WELCOME to SC!!!!
I watched that one...amazingly clean example, a credit to you.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Idem 59😭🙏😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤️✌️🤣🍀
@@m1cky6 Thanks so much for the comment! My SRAD has seen track days as well road racing school and managed to stay this nice. It's not a garage queen and has been much enjoyed!
@@jgraham8248 Even better! 👏
Epic 🏆👍👍😁
I love it!!!! I'm 70 & ride a Hayabusa, 2004. Put 78,000 miles on my first one, a 2000. Ride till I can't no mo!!!🙂🙂
I salute you Mr. Thaxton! What part of the world do you ride in? Would enjoy riding with you!
G-d Bless this 76 year old man…. I’m sure he has great stories to tell from his youth racing
Hey, Jim. That is fantastic that you are still passionate about riding after all these years. We salute you and wish you many more happy years of riding. 👍 We all hope to have the same longevity that you have.
Congrats Jim!!!! 76 years old and still riding a monster... I thought I was old at 48 riding a 2022 GSXR1000 but he def takes the cake....
My respect sir and love you don't look 76 and I'm I just turned 50, been riding 30 years rider for life your an inspiration.
That’s something you don’t see everyday….Much respect ! Glad to see someone a little older didn’t hop on a cruising bike.
76. Damn this guy is killing it. Riding really does keep you young
Glad you got the bike. I was questioning myself at 52 if I were too old to ride a sport bike.
Love that he's still riding! I'm 65 and
Still riding my 2006 GSXR 1000 with a lil over 8,000 miles. Also and Ex Racer .
I'm 54 and just getting back into riding, I'm putting together a 05 bandit 1200, this gentleman is truly an inspiration.
....and I'm 57 with a 2019 ZX10R that I asked my friends here in the UK about gettting it's ECU flashed for my performance and they thought I was nuts. Saying that surely there is already enough power for me. I'll just show them this guy, 76 and still going strong. I think the factory (has to) ties they poor bikes hands behind its back due to all the regulations etc. Thanks to Mr Moore the horses can run free again. Shame you aren't in the UK, I'm not sure I can trust anyone else to bring out my bikes best!!!
Loved seeing the 76 y/o youngster from AZ. still riding real bikes! I want to be just like him when I grow up.. He's got 30 years on me now.. He inspires me! 🤙🏼✌️
I get nervous about my age being 56 and how much longer can I do this… This man gives me hope for the next 20 years!
Exercise!
@@richardwanamaker9080 my job is very physical so I get plenty. Thanks 🙏🏽
Brotha Moore, this only proves that riding a 'croch rocket' is not about age, it's about being in shape enough to do it !! This could be applied to riding the BMW s1000RR as well. Right here in northern Virginia, I've seen a 73 year old "brotha" riding his brand new BMW s1000RR(M edition with carbon wheels and carbon mudguards, etc..etc..) and he still goes to the gym 3 times a week to work out. He's been riding for 50 years and has NEVER had an 'Upright' motorcycle in his entire life !! Yet, he has NO backaches and he does alot of touring on his BMW motorcycles. He told me that he thought about buying a suzuki Hayabusa, but the "flickability" of the busa was too slow for him and too heavy and he's 6'4" tall !!!!! I'm 6'3" tall and he advised me to get the BMW s1000 M edition or 'RR' edition because the engineers that created the BMW s1000RR were naturally tall riders themselves and he told me that he's NEVER had a moment where comfort was an issue. Matter of fact, Chris, he told me that he took his 2019 BMW s1000RR from here, northern Virginia, all the way to California and then all the way back here to Virginia without a single electrical or mechanical issue !!(BMW has a 3 year/36,000 warranty and roadside assistance with ZERO deductible) and he did this when he was 69 years old !!! That inspired me so much that I nearly came to tears !!!!!
He honestly looks a lot younger than he is. Glad he’s happy and it’s nice to see someone get the mods , and tune done to tell us his impressions of the change.
I am 67 and still ride.I bought an RD 350 new when I was 17 and have rode ever since.
This isn't a South Carolina welcome but ....... welcome from Georgia. I am a 52yo Sport Bike rider and I am usually the oldest in any crowd of riders (I am just not about the Harley's, Goldwings, ect). I commend you for continuing to follow your passion.
Fantastic video!!! I wonder how many more folk in their 70s are out there still riding 1K sportbikes? I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot more than we assume. I'm 56 and just bought my 8th sportbike, a 2023 GSX-R750, and thought I was getting a bit too old to be riding these things. 😂😂😂
Moore Mafia doing a thing or two right for people to make a road trip like that to get their bike worked on!!!🎉🎉🎉
you know it. I am still looking or my unicorn bike, and when I ind it, i am having it delivered to Chris for the Moore Mafia treatment. Then i am flying down to pick it up and ride it back home.
Much respect to you Sir for keeping young and not just go and sit down and wait for your time. Ride towards that sunset and grease that bike up.
76 is young. Living his best life! 💙
What a great video I always enjoy watching and now see Mr Jim still riding at 76 years old, i can only pray to be riding at his age! God bless Mr Jim and everyone at Moore Mafia you guys rock!
Man I am happy to know this guy is cruising around near me. I know exactly where he's talking about with the copper mines. I run through there regularly. Honored to have this legend in my area.
Mr. Jim is a true warrior at his age riding a ZX10. I do hope to be riding at his age he has 13 years on me, plenty of time to keep riding into my late 70's..
Awesome story congratulations Jim good job Chris you hooked him up
Mr. Jim I am glad you are out here with us in Arizona, that's awesome you are still riding and enjoying it!
Amazing ! For a 76 yr old man a Superman. Thanks for sharing
thats one old man with a big pair of balls on him. lol 73 years old asking for a Moore Mafia tune on his ZX10R! this is my type of guy! way to go buddy you made my night with this one Chris! I wish I will be still able to ride when I'm 73 years old! ripping around on a 1000cc bike with a nearly stright piped exhaust! my hat off to you guys!
I love it!!!! This guy is awesome and is still living life to the fullest at 76 yo. Makes me feel young at 52.
I would love to hear some stories from Jim about racing in the 60's and 70's.
I hope I have his energy and charisma at 76 yr young. Congrats buddy.
right on.....i rode my BMW S1000RR up 56yrs. I'm 59 now riding a 2003 Honda 750 Shadow. I envy the man
👍 76 years and ridning a ZX 10r 🦾
Hope i ride when i’m 76. I’m 59 and still ride my 2019 R1 and Love it 🛵
I am 51 and I cannot see myself without a sport bike. I have a Goldwing a CBR1000RR and a ZX14R. ZX14R is so comfortable and is still crazy fast! Cannot beat the torque it puts out. Looking to sell my CBR1000RR and my Goldwing and add a Hayabusa since I like the big sport bikes so much. Love seeing someone in their 70’s ridding yet. Great job on making that ZX10 put out some serious power.
3:56 small thing but why wouldn’t tucker spray the lube away from the bike instead of getting over spray on it. But good video. That zx10r is 🔥
56 and ride a Chris Moore tuned GSXR 750. If I live until that I will still be ripping. I feel his need for speed.
76 years old and still riding ,God bless you man
that's amazing Jim! I hope I'm still able to ride at your age... Congrats on the new bike,
I'm 53 and have been getting back into bikes, this guy is an inspiration to all!
Now I don't feel so bad I'm 64,and love to ride my hayabusa 🎉
I'm 59 riding a 2003 TL1000R and a 2006 Jigster 1000, my daughter asked me when am I getting the Harley?? I said I I'm not ready for that yet!!!! Lol
Hey Jim, I'm 56 and I certainly hope to be doing what you're doing when I'm 76 ! Chris, great job as usual making every customer happy......keep doing what you're doing!!
I am 61 still riding ,76 riding a zx10 what a guy .
This brings inspiration to use 30-40 year olds. We got lots of time to ride.
This the true example of my future...love this video...and congrats to the gentleman chris..
Greetings from the country of all forbidden. The country of 44 years of occupation by tyrants, Iran.
your adorable channel and all of the bikes and stuffs, are just my life time dream ....
All we have here are a very limited bunch of models, mostly from China with few exeptions.
By the low, the legal engine capacity to own is limited to 250 cc max !!
The nice exampels are so expensive.
so we are nothing but the hope sick people with millions of buried dreams and wishs ....
But Im so happy for all of you beautiful privileged people out there.
whatching you driving these beauties, working on them, experiencing them, ironically brings so much exitement and joy to me.
Wish you all The Best.
thank you
Can you disguise the engine size? In other words, maybe import a pre-owned 650 or 750 sport bike and redo the graphics showing it as a 250? I once had a Husquavarna 610 4 stroke motocross and made it look like a Suzuki RM 250. Anything is possible! I plan on riding through Iran late next year on my round the world trip on a BMW 1200 GS. I hear its a beautiful country. I hope there is no war with Israel or the US. Right now, we are being government by war hungry tyrants too.
He just made me keep my R1. I was going to let the dealership buy it back and just ride my Cruiser. Let me know how to enter to win the ZX-10, Chris....
Awesome! I hope we’re all riding sport bikes at 76 and beyond!
very cool.. totally agree with him.. a good tuner is worth the drive
This was a cool video and that 76 year old Jim is an inspiration. Fun stuff! Thanks!
Well done sir, nice to see an older biker still chasing after more speed, man after my own heart...Lots of love and safe riding my friend.😊
I agree, baffle OUT! Big gains. Cool to see an older dude still riding these things. I'm out here in the Phoenix area, and I ride a 2012 Honda Fireblade.
Go to show an old man is not always the slow man!
Keep rocking old timer, age is just a number..
I’m absolutely blown away man…. MegaKudos to that dude!!! Huge thank you to the Moore Mafia crew for the amazing video!! 🤟🏻
That's awesome to hear!!!! Every bike manufacturer should have the cat and mid pipe clamped to the header too.
He new he was going to take that baffle out before he got there😅
Great video, still having fun at 76.
grew up on kz/ gpz's now 62 on a speed triple.
you don't stop riding cause you got old , you got old cause you stopped riding
Glad to know I wasn't the only one that scratched the m4 exhaust when taking out the baffle. Such a pain...
I noticed that too , i wouldn't be impressed.
Oh my God. Huge respect to Jim!
Now that is a cool dude! If I am still on a bike at 76 I'll be happy, let alone a sportsbike.
I am amazed at the gentleman's stamina and love for motorbikes!! Happy to hear his age, cos we have a long way of enjoyment until that point. SUPER!
Dude is my new hero
I got the same bike n just put a full system Alien Head Brock's exhaust on it. After speaking with Chris I will be sending my ecu to be flashed. I'ma also do the marble trick too
Best place to have your bike worked on right there.
Big respect from the UK Jim, hope I'm still nailing it at 76
I live in northern AZ would love to go ride with this guy! so cool
Oh damn 76 years old you have all my respect bow to you mate.
This gives me hope. Im in my early 40's and only got a motorcycle last year.
The 76yr old gent looks more 56ish yrs....respect to anyone riding a tuned zx10R at 56y, let alone 76. He is fit too..going by the way he got off the bike casually.
I hope to be riding into my 60s..if not 70s...zx10!!! Tuned for max power
I loved that Chris. It's nice to see that every age loves the thrill of these big motors. Great content.
All I can say is he brought it to the best
Age AIN’T nothing but a number! Congrats🎉
Heart warming to see him REALLY enjoying life at 76.
I’m 62 and riding a 160hp 22 BMW with a BT tune. Now after watching you videos Chris, I’m pricing Gen 3 Hayabusas! Kudos to Jim at 76 riding a sports bike across country!
Keep doing what you’re doing Jim,you give me hope to be able to follow in your steps sir. Salute you.
Looking great for 76 years old holy crap!
Mr. White, glad to see you're still loving that bike. We'll see you back at Kelly's Kawasaki soon.
Awesome video Chris, love how you shouted a well respected guy. Can't wait to see more great videos 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💚💚💚💚💚
This video just gave me so much hope for my future! Time to eat right and exercise 🤙
Maaaan! That's an awesome trip!! It's a lil mini goal of mine to ride my zx10r up there to you too so you can tune it for me 💪💯
For sure a bad man with motorcycles. Love it that you work on all brands of motorcycles. 💯💯😎👊🏽. Respect to the 76 old man. Hopefully I will still be riding at that age 🔥😜😜. Greetings from rotterdam in Holland
Awesome Mr.Jim! I’m 49 and ride an H2. Never stop rollin!
Hope I'm doing that at that age Keep it up young man you you put a smile on my face
Just what i like to see, great episode fella’s 👍😎🏍
much respect to the owner of bike and to you Chris
I'm 62 and this guy is my hero. funny thing was in honda east last weekend and didn't even know there was an anniversary edition zx10r and there was one sitting there, love that scheme. Question, if you get a full exhaust that has an O2 sensor bung do you still remove the factory O2 sensor?
Man the 2023 Graphic looks sooo nice 😍
Thumbs up for the bike owner🫡. Great to see him on his zx10!
that dude is a STUD!......good for him, 76 on a litre sportbike....never give up and go out of this world sliding on your ass tippin your cap...
14:20 and don't forget about the gravel and sand that the off roaders kick on to the highway. That's my worry in the desert that I ride in
Old man's pickin' up all the senior citizens with that 😄👍
Awesome video. Hope I’m still riding at 76!
