Love the straight to the point explanation. Planning on switching to monoball on my M3 since my poly bushings decided to take a dookie after my last track session. Hopefully it all goes well. I appreciate the video Dinan.
monoball bush for the rear trailing arm on BMWs with Z-link rear suspension including e36 and e46 does magic. They change handling dramatically. Toe out is controlled under acceleration and tires wear less. Its a way better option than harder rubber or poly. They also last very long , I had mine over 4 years and its still solid.

That was brilliant! You're standing the auto industry on its head!

This was an amazing explanation! Thank you !
Thx for the response....might have to wait awhile...went in for an alignment and am now replacing both front control arms...left is pooched. ah well.
Are you the only place we can get these from, and can I fit some to my 95 318Ti?
Do monoballs need to be tightened when the car is in “normal position” ?
Nope, no need to preload
