If you look again you will notice I rotate the exhaust when cutting it open so that the sparks get sent down the ramp rather than towards the bikes 👍
Never tried on the e46, to be honest I don’t like the S54 rasp so wouldn’t want to make it any louder, it’s all about the intake noise for me on the e46 😎
Awesome video. Do you happen to have the diameter of those stainless steel pipes you used? I saw there was a slight gap, any other recommended pipe diameters after encountering that?

@@stoneautomotive darn, I did the 4-pipe OEM exhaust but utilized the “wrap method”. I’m assuming the wraps are becoming loose since it’s less loud now.

Find scrap metal of various quality and thickness and practice on that to perfect your wielding.
That’s the plan now 😅 will order up proper size Argon gas bottles too (hopefully get half decent)
