I have being sleeping in my Hennessy hammock, hanging OVER my bed, for over two years now. And of course also use it on my bike camping trips, It's good for my sour bag.

I worked in and out of Eagan for a couple years, there's a lot of nice parks around the area. The only ones I never really got to when I worked there were the ones on the south side of Minneapolis (Harriet and etc.). I finally got to see them in 2019.

Hey Sh Sh Shug! Transitioning from being a ground dweller to hammocking. I know quite a bit about tenting, but thanks to you and your videos I'm learning quite a bit about hammocking. I just can't get over how warm I sleep in temps from the mid to low 30's. Being an "old" man of 66, I now find it waaaay more comfortable, should be able to camp now for years to come until I need a team of Sherpas to pack it for me. Getting all secure in 'Sector 7' THANKS

I happened across one of your vids around 2013ish🤔… it was a week AFTER a miserable tent camp. I was still sore! I watched some vids, bought a grand trunk skeeter beeter, and off I went. Now I have all the gear for frigid or sweltering hangs. I will not go back, maybe just to practice setting up a tent!

I have no idea what that is. Could you explain to me what that thing is? I love your videos and I love how you explain all the different hammocks. Just wanted to let you know that I bought a McLean's hammock system that fits on the back of my vehicle. And I have to wait till next season to try it out. I'm not a winter camper. That’s the great thing about hammocking. You probably won’t set up your camping tent or your sleeping pad and sleeping bag in your yard. But you can set up your hammock there and have a great time doing nothing.

Love to ya Shug. Not a Hammock guy , I tent camp because of trying to go lightweight. I found a product that helped me in cold weather and comfort as well. It is a house insulation (Closed cell) type deal with a 17 R value. I use for a ground sheet. Prodex is the product. It has a million uses. They even make a 25 R . Durable and light weight. I mention this product as an Outdoorsman, Tinker, builder. Not to represent them in any way. It is a great product and has extended my hiking season with great comfort. God love ya Shug, Keep the faith and give my best to the Maple King !
Far out... I personally would never mock a mocker, even a rocker mocker, or a copper mocker... But a flock of mockers, well that's a different story... I prefer a blues mocker, with a touch of Reggae... What's in that cup that says Shug on it ??? I bet it's a mucker on the rocks...
You didn't mention the person who sleeps in their hammock in their house when their spouse has suggested they sleep on the couch. That's not just me, is it?
Never buy a hammock that has a spreader bar at the end. A spreader bar changes the center of gravity and makes the hammock unstable, which is why it is so easy to flip out of them.

I don't have one to test. My Superior Gear hammock function well in that built in UQ style.
I'll sometimes take my onewind hammock to the lake for the day and chill for a couple hrs. But much rather hang for a couple days.
Sound real nice. Chillin' is good for a persons well being.
